- Ddbest (1/5): Awful experience - Nothing I have had the worst experience for many years. This owner is a crook. I had reservation made 5 months ago paid since then. On the day of check in we were notified that they were canceling our stay, how the apartment is being trashed by former guests. The same message was sent to some friends we were traveling with. At the same time the booking people were told that they had over booked. Most likely, the real reason was that they re-rented the apartment to others who paid more because the demand was very high due to the AC/DC concert. The friends were offered alternative accommodation but in much worse conditions... on the outskirts of the city. We were offered no alternative and found ourselves unable to find anything else, the whole city being fully booked. We were 700 kilometers from home, with paid stay and concert tickets. The height of the nerve of these individuals was to threaten us that by agreeing to sleep in the same room with our friends, the money paid would not be refunded. The booking help was almost non-existent, after many hours we were offered accommodation 30km away. So we credited these crooks for 5 months. We received no compensation from them or booking for all this trouble. So if you do not want to be blatantly scammed, AVOID this company.

- Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean and comfortable with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. I have to mention that communication with the team was excellent, they were available 24/7 for any problem/question we had. Location was nice, 7-minute walking and 3 tram stops from the center or 30-minute walking. Super markets are also close. Overall a nice experience, I totally recommend and would visit again in the future! We didn't face any problem.
- Andreikov (9/5): Nice location to stay in Bratislava. - Apartment is really good for 2-4 persons. Location is also nice - 3-5 minutes from tram station and 2 stops from center - very convenient. There are also some shops nearby. Apartment is quite fresh, clean and warm enough. All equipment was working. Keyless entrance in apartment was nice. No microwave. Only 1 dishwasher tablet. Some stuff to clean table missed (or we didn't find it). Main bed was ok but bed linen for sofa were small.

- Katkakalmar (10/5): Exceptional - It's a new building, a modern, fully equipped new apartment. Street parking is only free on weekends, but the host is very kind and helpful. They provided a parking app that was inexpensive and recommended parking in a secure, private garage for 15 euros, which I was satisfied with. The garage door operates by remote control, everything is very modern. The cleanliness is impeccable, a perfect 10. As a surprise, I received a complimentary bottle of wine, cola, water, sweets, and coffee. They are very attentive, and I recommend it to everyone.
