• Hazel (6/5): We loved the location and found Shellseekers to be really helpful. The apartment was clean! And the shower was hot. But - The location is amazing! The views are really special. Shellseekers were really helpful and responsive when we arrived. The sofas have fully collapsed! The seats have gone in all of them and not recently. The double beds were the same, noisy and tired, and the double sheets were bobbly and old.
• Amanda (10/5): Absolutely wonderful would book again - This property had amazing views and was so quiet. Never know when it states ‘sea view’ what you’ll get but it was on the sea front with amazing views and walks. Do t hesitate to book this place it’s a gem and the lovely welcome gift was a lovely touch Only very slight criticism was the sofas are a bit worn with no support but honestly the apartment is amazing

The apartment was very well equipped and warm. There were tea and coffee on a tray for our arrival including biscuits too which was a lovely gesture.

• HEIDI (8/5): - Located right on the seafront. Wonderful views of West shore. Easy to park right outside. 15 minute walk from North shore and main Llandudno attractions, or a short car or bus ride. Located just below great Orme, so lots of wonderful walking. Promanade and childrens park just opposite before the sea wall. Steep internal steps to apartment not very conducive for older people staying. Outside door a little tricky - needs to be pulled towards you as you turn the key, so that it opens. Bath a little tricky for older people to get in and out, despite grab rail, as bath side tiled which meant hands not big enough to grip.
• Steven (10/5): Perfect stay! - Didnt want to leave....Perfect place to stay, comfortable, clean, well stocked with everything needed for a break away, plenty of information left for use of oven, WiFi etc. Plenty of parking outside and accommodation has lovely views across to the North Shore.....Don't hesitate, book today!! Nothing to dislike

• Nabeel (10/5): Exceptional. Will be coming back! - Gem of a property! Ideal spot, very quiet area but on the doorstep of everything. The proprietors, Cath and Pete were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy, loads of space and very clean. Plenty of snacks, tea/coffee and even a fresh bottle of milk in the fridge. We were welcomed with a lovely chocolate yule log and our children were left presents under the Christmas tree which was all very kindly received. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Llandudno.

• Roy (9/5): Really good location on the west shore. Lots of things to do in Llandudno for both adults and children. - Excellent location. Wardrobe space was limited. One of the double wardrobes was taken up with bedding boxes.

• Alan (10/5): Exceptional - Everything in the Apartment was great, Very clean and comfortable, everything you needed was there for our two nights. We ate out so didn't really use kitchen area as such other than to make coffee.Ps .. even Binoculars for the great view, we know the area very well been coming Llandudno for years. We used to stop next door at the Monta Rosa when my daughter was a baby, sadly the couple who ran it became ill and sold up. My daughter is now 14 and we are next door and very nice it is to...... Well there is very little not to like really The apartment is great clean comfortable and is in a quiet location.Entrance to the Apartment walls etc had recently been painted so nice and fresh, if anything Needed a shell seeker sign for business purpose and maybe paint the floor entrance or some flower boxes brighten up. PS.. Only criticism inside was and only because we are Tall people is master bedroom was a double bed we are used to king size at home so a little small for us ,very comfy though.....

The apartment was lovely and clean, comfortable beds and everything you could possibly need. We have already booked again 🙂 Coming home☹️

• Sylviann (8/5): Very good - Kitchen is great with everything you need. Rooms are good size. Shower is powerful which makes a great difference! And option of a bath too😃. Views are great, local enough to centre (3 minute drive), if no transport there are buses right outside very frequently. All information is provided and owners are very contactable. Finishing touches are great to make your stay a home from home, dvds, books, games, (xmas tree!) even binoculars to take in the views! Wifi is also a great aspect. Washing machine, dishwasher and cleaning products is a great touch and helps both parties in keeping everything clean! TV could do with updating in size and to a smart TV as wifi is available. Limited to channels and programs available which feels quite dated and are repetitive. DVDs are available but again, netflix, hubs are more of a thing these days and would provide a lot more choice for guests. Sofa is comfortable but a bit low/sunken making it a little difficult to get up from. Second bed Very squeeky so just turning creates disruption. (Great setup otherwise though). We had some disturbance on our last full day due to work being done on the building, causing a lot of noise and lack of privacy (had to keep blinds closed) which wasnt great as we had paid fairly for our stay. Vendour apologised and i think improved communication/planning is needed going forward with management team to co-ordinate around guests. Unfortunate that this wasnt completed the following day when we were leaving as this would have avoided the disruption. That said, maitenance man very friendly and also apologised.

• Debi (8/5): Lovely relaxing stay. - On arrival we had an issue we had an issue with getting the keys but this was quickly rectified. Property had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable with ample free parking on the street outside. Views from sitting room great. Great extras such as a selection of USB cables, binoculars, books and board games. Clear instructions left for all appliances. Loved the plug in hall night light. Really comfortable sofas. Very little not too like but the bed felt slightly smaller than we are used too.

• Lisa (10/5): Excellent location, great hosts - Location couldn’t be better! The owners have thought of everything and more - there wasn’t a time where we needed something that wasn’t there. Bathroom is a good size which is important when you have children. Beds were comfy, lounge was big, kitchen was excellently equipped. Being this side of Llandudno is, in my opinion, much better as the beach is big and clean but not many people go so you can avoid the crowds, and the pier is a 10-15 minute walk down a straight road - perfect location for the best of both worlds. Highly recommend and we’ll be back. Loved it all. Just a suggestion but maybe a bunkbed in the smaller bedroom would maximise space better.
• Geoffrey (8/5): overall very enjoyable. - location couldn't have been better,must be the best scenery we've had,could not stop looking out of the window. there were damp patches on the walls in the lounge causing the paint to flake off,also slight damp/mould smell in double bedroom.

Great facilities for self catering, best equipped kitchen I have experienced. Easy parking. Comfortable sofas, a great place to relax and enjoy the views and people watch. So many things to do nearby.
• Alec (10/5): Exceptional - The place was very comfortable clean and tidy. Amazing views of the sea and hills.it was a very quiet place to stay no noise from neighbouring apartments. 10/10 from me. The shower took awhile to heat up.

• Carla (10/5): Great apartment right on the front of the beach ⛱️ 👌 - The whole apartment was lovely, very clean and tidy, the lady who runs in Cath had literally thought of everything. The place itself was in a good spot, even though it was very windy when we were there, it was still a great place to look out over the sea, would definitely recommend to anyone , and I would definitely go again. The only thing was the pullout bed was to small even for me who is 5'1 maybe getting a sofa bed in the lounge may be better, but that is literally it
