Guest Reviews
- Maria (6/5): Not what we expected. - The help we received from the staff That the property doesn’t have an elevator and our unit was on the 4th. floor. We had to carry the luggage upstairs.
- charleen (7/5): - Easy access to subway Still pretty far away from main area of city. The stairs and low ceilings were difficult for us. We had a lot of luggage to carry up the small stairwells.
- Peter (7/5): Cosy and convenient location! - Great and peaceful location with plenty food and amenities. Plenty of toilets. Everything was superb except there is no lift access to the unit at 4th floor so need take note if u have heavy luggages or mobility issues.
- Michael (10/5): Practical and comfortable stay for a group in Tokyo - Check-in was smooth and straightforward. The property is self check-in with no front desk, but everything worked as expected.
The apartment was spacious, clean, and well maintained. With multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and toilets, it was very comfortable for our group.
We were heading to Hokkaido shortly after our stay and had quite a lot of luggage, but getting around was easier than we expected. There is a direct bus to Shinjuku Station, and from there it was only a short taxi ride (about 10 minutes) to the apartment.
The location is excellent—close to the subway, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet at night. Overall, a very practical and reliable place to stay in Tokyo. Nothing major to note.
- marymel (6/5): Fairly ok accomodation. - I liked the location, near to subway trains and several convenient stores nearby I was expecting a nice accomodation.
In general, it was fairly ok.
I had an issue with the door code. I have been sent on two occasions the codes before we went to the property but when we got there, after a long day of travelling, it was a wrong code. The telephone number was not helpful at all.
Eventually, we got in but you can just imagine the stress I had to endure just because of this door code.
Another thing, they have sent us a box of bottled water a day before we are leaving. It would be sensible to give their guests this box of bottled water on the day we arrive!
- Candace (10/5): Just fit 10 of us!! Great shower and easy to find. - Location was close to the subway. Everything was good.
- Guest (9/5): -
- Vinh (8/5): Leuk - Rustig Trappen omhooggegaan
- Sharon (10/5): Fabulous apartment in Tokyo - The apartment has everything you needed for a great stay and was in the perfect location, near to everything but not in the middle of everything!
- SHU KIN (10/5): Good - N/A N/A
- Y (10/5): We would definitely stay here again. - We made a very last-minute booking and had a hard time finding a place in central Tokyo that could accommodate six of us together. Even when we found options, it was difficult to get everyone’s approval. We were truly relieved when we finally discovered this property that everyone loved.
The apartment is a spacious maisonette of about 70㎡, offering an unexpected sense of comfort in the heart of the city. With three bedrooms, plus a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, it was absolutely perfect for our group stay. Although the building itself is older and located on the 4th floor with no elevator, the interior was spotless, well maintained, and fully equipped, allowing us to relax with peace of mind. With a washing machine and cooking utensils available, it is also very suitable for long-term stays.
Having two bathrooms and two toilets was especially convenient, as it made mornings stress-free even when everyone was getting ready at the same time. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from Toei Shinjuku Line’s Akebonobashi Station, right within a lively shopping street. Convenience stores, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are all nearby, making daily needs and meals effortless. In fact, we enjoyed experiencing the charm of a local Tokyo neighborhood while still being in central Shinjuku.
The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, and the air conditioning worked very well, ensuring a comfortable stay. Despite being in a shopping street, we hardly noticed any outside noise and could rest peacefully. Considering the location and amenities, the value for money is excellent. Especially for groups of four or more, the cost per person is very reasonable. It truly combines “the comfort of a hotel” with “the warmth of a home.”
Although the property is unmanned, we could feel thoughtful care in many details, and we became genuine fans of the Premier Suite Group.
- Judy (10/5): Nice stay close to popular destinations with nice hosts! - they had free water and snacks for us and also were very responsive to the emails I sent back and forth with them. the 4 flights of stairs were hard with luggage but nothing they can do about it other than letting the bookers aware
- Fede (10/5): - Amplitud y capacidad para grupos grandes
- Thomas (10/5): Our stay was great ! - The property was very spacious and clean. We all had our own bed and bedrooms which was great. The place had everything we needed and was in a great location. Only 20-30 mins away from each big train stations.
- Cila (10/5): Minden szuper volt. - A környék közel volt a rendezvényünk helyszínéhez. A szálláshoz közel rengeteg üzlet, élelmiszer bolt, kis étkezdék, mosoda volt ami konfortosabbá tette a tartózkodásunkat.
- Edith (8/5): Good value for money just 1 metro stop from downtown Shinjuku. - Large apartment with 3 bedrooms in a good location, next to a small commercial street with several groceries and restaurants open until late, and a 2 min. walk away from S metro line Akebonobashi station that will connect you to all of Tokyo.
We were a family of 3 couples. I was looking for a place with a room where we could spend some time together and this apartment was a good fit. With two bathrooms and 2 toilets (all separate) it was comfortable for 6 people. A/C in every room was crucial and worked well. Good value for money.
Fluent communication with the host, who also left some goodies for us, including cold water bottles.
I recommend it! It was not clear from the pictures that to reach the bedroom in the back you will have to pass through the one next to the living room/kitchen. This can be uncomfortable, as it takes away privacy for the people who will occupy those two bedrooms. The third bedroom is upstairs, more private and has a bathroom next to it (no toilet).
- J (10/5): The place is good for groups. We like stuffs. - Good Cleaning, there was dust around bed and valcons
- selda (10/5): - Metroya yakin ev sahibi yardim severdi herseyle ilgilendi
- Anthony Stoner (9/5): Incredibly spacious for Tokyo! - Incredibly spacious for Tokyo. Divided into several smaller spaces, which suited us well as family members could stay in the main area or disappear to the space upstairs or to the separate apartment on the main floor with its own bathroom. Kitchen was great, a couple of couches and a dining table with seating for 6 or 8 at a squeeze. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of heating/cooling kept it comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quiet, but within a minute's walk are grocery shops and konbini, traditional restaurants and Japanese chain restaurants. The train station is only a few minutes walk away too.
- Baskar (8/5): Very good -
- Itay (8/5): Very good - Location is outstanding within a 5-minute walk of the train station
- Timothy (3/5): This apartment may well be pleasant in spring or autumn, but it was uncomfortably cold in February. - Clean apartment, a bit dated but nicely decorated and furnished, with some new equipment and modern Japanese toilets, comfortable beds, hot showers but in cold rooms, quiet and private, in a great location. Cold, single-glazed and poorly insulated apartment, with an unnecessarily draughty front entrance door, difficult to heat in winter even with the wall-mounted electrical heaters, especially the living room. The electrical fuse box cut out twice when using the heaters and a kettle at the same time. The apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift, but we knew this before we booked. There were a lot of house rules that were only notified to us after we had paid for the booking, which should have been made clear in the original property description. The owners did waive the one condition that caused us a problem. We spent 10 days here at the beginning of February and were uncomfortable. The owners did offer alternative accommodation, but in the wrong area for us.
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dame (9/5): Great location and Host.. Convenient to everything you need as far as restaurants and stores - convenient and close to the subway station layout was different and I had to come down stairs to use the bathroom
- Joelee (7/5): Pleasant apartment. Great location. Lots of stairs so not great if you have a lot of luggage. - Very convenient location near train station and walking distance to centre of Shinjuku. Quiet area close to public transport, convenience stores and restaurants. The apartment is on the fourth floor. Very difficult to get luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Upstairs bathroom was a little bit smelly.
- Anna (9/5): Lots of room, comfy beds, and great location near shops and train without being noisy. - Great accomodation for a family of four, each with our own spaces. Located near convenience stores, restaurants and a fab little cake shop around the corner.
- Roya (9/5): Cozy, spacious apartment, and convenient location! - The apartment was perfect for our group of 5–it was comfortable and spacious, especially by Tokyo standards. The pictures are exactly how it looks. It was quiet too, which was very nice. All the needed amenities for the kitchen, bathrooms, and showers were included, as well as a washer with detergent, making for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable as well, and the terrace at the top has a nice view. The host replied to all questions promptly and was very friendly and courteous. The neighborhood has convenience stores, restaurants, market, etc., and is right by a local metro line that is a close train ride to the main part of Shinjuku. It is about 25 minute walk to Shinjuku station. I liked staying away from the crowds, but close enough to get around. I would recommend for groups of friends or families. There are a few flights of stairs, which was ok for us, but keep in mind for older or disabled guests.
- Elaine (9/5): Superb - Apartment was nice. Location was great with train station at the bottom of street which had nice shops and restaurants. Sofa could have been a bit more comfortable but that's a very small gripe in a nice apartment. Top floor with quite a few steps for anyone with mobility issues to be aware of.
- David (9/5): Great location good for the money - Location was great for the money. Near the trains and JR. The unit was clean and organized. It was spacious as well. The layout was strange but since it is an older building that is probably why. No dish rack for drying dishes, just a towel.
- Orton (8/5): Very cozy and quiet place for rest. - Location was good, a little walk to the train station but it was convenient. We had a stroller so we had to find the elevator, which is not that far.
Overall facilities are excellent. Everything we needed was on location. Apartment is near convenience stores. Very clean place. Cozy and homey. Host was quick to answer queries. The flight of stairs was narrow, and it was four floors up. The bathroom drainage was a bit clogged, so it was difficult to bathe one after the other simultaneously.
