• Damascus (10/5): Amazing stay, great atmosphere, and I would gladly book again. - I really enjoyed my stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was set up to make the stay relaxing and convenient. The location was great, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. Any minor issues were very small and did not take away from the overall experience. I had a great stay and would definitely come back again.

Could’ve used a broom to help with minor cleaning while we were there

• Shayan (9/5): Beautiful home in a great location! - Beautiful home with everything you'll ever need Beds are too soft. You kinda sink in to them and start feeling your back when you wake up

• R (10/5): Optimal choice for a family trip, or when travelling with friends. - Very clean and safe. It is a gated community. Ensuite bathrooms for all 3 bedrooms with plenty of closet space. TV and ceiling fans in every room. Washer/Dryer was great and there was detergent available. Awesomely equipped grand kitchen with large refrigerator, pantry, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. You get your own private garage! The place is well insulated and the ACs worked great. Location is great! This is a townhome but there is plenty of barrier and insulation between the homes. Bed mattresses were too soft. Felt like a water bed. Also, make sure to bring your own toothpaste, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Some of the window blinds/shades did not work but this was a minor issue.

• Jewel (10/5): First trip to Houston-Host made it unforgettable!!!!! - The condo was well appointed. Each bedroom had ensuites. Every room had televisions. The kitchen had adequate pots, silverware, and dishes. The living space was very comfortable. Our party (6 of us) had ample space in the living area. We didn't get an opportunity to use the outside space, but it did have a modest grill and lawn furniture for outside entertaining. The owner has taken security seriously. The condo is gated. We felt safe the entire time. The night of our arrival, a tornado hit Houston. We were welcomed to power outages, down trees, and no internet. So our first night was rather rough. We had power the next day, but there was no Xfinity internet service. Our host kept in constant contact with us concerning the internet issue . Xfinity was out for most of Houston, so our host could have said. "I am sorry for the inconvenience, but there is nothing I can do." Instead, she purchased Verizon internet wi-fi service so that we would have access to the internet. Her attention to our concerns spoke volumes. Making us comfortable was her priority. Her response time to our predicament helped to make our trip unforgettable. We left on Monday, and unfortunately, many of the people in Houston were still without power, water, and internet service. When in Houston, you can count on us booking your home again. Thank you, Ms. Gladys The only thing the host can do is provide more towels. We brought our own, but having lots of towels is a bonis
• John (6/5): Don’t just a rental - Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, near the Galleria, WiFi and large screen Netflix and Prime and a gas stove kitchen. Sounds perfect, right? Don’t judge a book by its cover. Same goes for a rental. Remotes needed new batteries, kitchen not clean, drain would block, VERY loud despite being at the end of a street, not enough pots and pans and kitchen accessories despite the nice stove, and not very clean. The. Security is a benefit (code to get in) but a bit burdensome. I can say the rental manager made every effort to solve the problems.
