Sany (8/5): Overall very good ...nice cozy room .. - Nice beautiful apartment..you can actually cook your own food .(.if you bring the groceries)..plates and knife plus a working gas stove are in the room itself...I just loved this property Proximity to BEVCO though there were no drunken people around..and expensive food..Food was very expensive and the parking space was a bit far away ( walkable distance) from the hotel..A big BEVCO boutique super market nearby

Atul (4/5): Passable. Not very clean. - People were very very nice. The place was dirty when we arrived- there were hair on the floor everywhere and the bathroom (especially the comode) was dirty. Bathroom was wet when we arrived. The supplies were poor. The water disappeared from the taps leaving me covered with soap in the shower once. The room was not made till very late in the day which was inconvenient. So overall passable.

There is a very nice super market at walking distance Unlike what’s mentioned in the description, each unit doesn’t have a kitchenette and balcony. I got to know it once I got in. There was not even a decent space to wash the plate and spoon. Without the kitchenette, it was just like a lodge room. Overall property is superficially clean, for me, the coffee stains in cups and accumulated dust on the coffee satchet jars were not quite a happy sight. Location is good if you have a car, otherwise finding a ride is time taking. As a female traveler, I didn’t quite like how the guests in other room were drinking while keeping their door open, and roaming in the hallway. It might be because of the New Year’s Eve, but please have a watch there.

Prabhat (8/5): Neat, Clean , good size fully furnished apartment for a family of four. - This is a fully apartment with washer, kitchen and utensils . It has a living room, dining room and can come with two bedrooms. It has an excellent vegetarian restaurant on Level 0 and level 1. Staff is helpful with free valet parking. There is limited parking onsite and they prefer to prioritize parking for restaurant patrons over hotel guests. There is offsite parking which you have walk across two streets- 5 minutes walk which is a bit inconvenient. That location also doesn’t have any security like in the Apartment parking. There is free valet to park at this offsite location but you will have to get the car yourself later from this lot. They also misplaced my car keys after valet parked it, going back and forth between where it was : Reception or security, so it is better to get it back as soon as valet parked it instead of next day morning.

Construction work was going on. It was too noisy during the day time. Room was not cleaned properly. There was hair on the floor and bed.
