• Roberto (8/5): - Buena ubicación. A 10 minutos de Callao y de los museos reina Sofia y del prado. Parada del metro 1 literalmente en la puerta. Supermercado a 50 metros. La atención del contacto impecable, respuesta inmediata a todas mis dudas y muy eficiente. Un poco pequeño, sobre todo la parte de la cocina, pero estaba claro en las fotos. Le faltaba papel de cocina y amenities el el baño.

• Zoheir (10/5): 3 days of Heaven at the heart of Madrid - The studio is close to all amenities. The metro station is in front of the building. The interior is modern, cosy, very well decorated and yet practical. Our child loved the bunk bed. Nothing.

• Ya ting (7/5): 以熱門地區房價還可以，但我不會想重新入住 - 地點很方便，走路10分左右就能到阿托查車站，樓下也有地鐵及公車，不過熱門景點大部分走路就能到，床睡起來很舒服，廚房用品齊全 住宿於一樓，隔壁是廚房教室，晚上9點前會很吵，隔音差、浴室上方的窗戶沒有窗簾，隱密性不夠，可直接看到別人的窗戶，吊掛空間不夠，沒有放洗浴用品的地方。當初訂房時資訊有寫有洗衣機，但實際上沒有，跟房東反應，他很抱歉資訊錯誤，不過還好附近能找到自助洗，10歐能洗加烘，但要自備零錢。床在上方，半夜要上廁所，會有一點麻煩，燈光照明昏暗，電視機是壞的（好像已經放很久都是壞的）
• Marc Édouard (8/5): A very affordable gem in the centre of Madrid - Location, location... Close to everything, but surprisingly quiet. The apartment is easy to get to, being on the ground floor. We had a heavy suitcase, so that was a substantial advantage for us. The apartment is very well appointed. We found Madrid very dusty this year in mid-Sep (following a hot and dry summer). When we opened the windows, we could feel the dust. My wife suffers from dust allergy. Some kind of air purifier would probably have helped a lot.
• Nicola (9/5): 2 nights in Madrid - Excellent location, secure building, comfortable bed. Communication with host was efficient and friendly Bathroom needed some hooks or another option to store toiletries, shelf in the shower would be very helpful too
• Noelia cabcol (7/5): - La ubicación excelente, decoración y aire acondicionado ( se agradece). Un poco de ruido de los vecinos, está planta baja cerca entrada principal. Como mejora, pondría una cortina en la ventana baño. En general, cumple su función, buena ubicación al centro y metro.

• VANESA (10/5): - La ubicación, a 10-20 minutos andando a todos los puntos de interés visitables y centro (estacion tren Atocha, Parque del retiro, el prado, plza del sol, plza mayor, palacio Real...). Para de metro delante del apartamento. Supermercado Alcampo completo a 2 minutos. Ponen toallas. Cocina completa. Muy buena ubicación. Todo muy bien.

Near the house there are many cafes there is a bazaar and much more. The room is comfortable for living, everything is. The only inconvenience is the small bathroom
• Laura_bodi95 (9/5): Superb - The apartment and a location is really good. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing which was "bad" that is impossible to close the shower stall in the bathroom so the water went out.

It's about 10 minutes walk from the Train Station and one of the Entrance of Metro Station - Anton Martin is just in front of the property. The wash room is too small and the drainage of the bathroom can be improved for better experience.

It is decorated with good taste, simple but it makes you feel that you are somewhere special. It had everything I needed. It is close to Atocha and in an area with many bars and restaurants. The person who gave me the keys gave me a very nice recommendation for dinner. I felt it was a safe place. I liked the proactive communication, trying to ensure that everything goes smoothly. For me it was perfect and will book it again. The bed in the mezzanine is cute and comfortable but it may not be easy for everyone to go up and down (thinking about my mom for example). The bathroom is small. Again, for me it was perfect; it may be a bit uncomfortable for someone tall and big
