• Chris (10/5): Jaco Italy Trip - Davide was an accommodating host and apartment is modern & very well located centrally opposite Termoli Train Station, & say 400m from Adriatic Sea/beach. Davide also speaks English which is handy for non-Italians like me!! The area is safe & secure with plenty of shops & restaurants to choose from on the strip & side streets - just adventure & have a look - you can't really get lost - the beach is east & you can see it from our balcony. We have a washing machine, dryer & iron so great to clean up our clothes ready for next stage of our Italy trip.😀😃😘😘👌👍 Everything was fantastic!! We couldn't be happier with our choice & booking.com made it all easy.

Comfortable and very clean. Washer AND dryer. Big TV! A bit of confusion on use of lift. Sign says 1 person at a time. But, rating inside allows 4x. Walked up stairs when I likely didn’t have to.

It’s a great location especially if you are travelling by ra - Location was perfect - although across from train station you didn’t hear the noise- the unit was wonderfully decorated, the details in the manual on how to operate everything from the tv, keurig, washer and dryer, microwave, stove and oven were fantastic and extremely useful! - I have never seen such details that most hosts overlook! Plus I got to check in early!

• Julien (10/5): Le séjour dans cet appartement était super ! - L’appartement est situé en face de la gare ce qui fait que l’on peut y accéder facilement, à quelques mètres également du centre. Pour se garer à proximité cela n’est pas compliqué. Le propriétaire est très gentil et très arrangeant. L’appartement est très fonctionnel !

• Guy (9/5): Nous y retournerions sans hésitation! - L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de tous les services. On y trouve tous les équipements requis pour un séjour de quelques jours. C'est très propre, la climatisation fonctionne bien, le quartier n'est pas trop bruyant malgré la présence de la gare. Il y a 2 balcons mais pas de meubles d'extérieur sur les deux, juste sur un. Et un parasol ou auvent ne serait pas un luxe, le soleil tape fort sur le plus grand des balcons.

• yoshiko (10/5): こんなお部屋に住みたい！ - 全て良かったです。 場所も駅の目の前。最上階でベランダからは海が見え、スーパーも歩いて2分くらいのところにあります。目ぬき通りも歩いて5分ほどで文句のつけどころはありません。 清潔でモデルルームのようなお部屋でした。イタリアの宿泊はどうしても排水の悪さが気になりますが、それも全く問題ありませんでした。オーナーのダビデさん、お世話になりました！ こちらの方にはまた来る機会がありますので、また利用させてください！ とくになし。

• Sasso Andrea (10/5): - Attico centrale, vicino sia alla via pedonale che alla stazione. Molto silenzioso, moderno ed accogliente. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, mettendosi a disposizione per eventuali richieste.
