• Ingrid (2/5): Underground hell - La sedia sopra l’armadio Allora… al nostro arrivo ci siamo accorti d’avere a disposizione solo 3 asciugamani, casa riservata e pagata da 8 persone. Tralasciamo, se volgiamo, il fatto che non é un’appartamento ma un sotto cantina umido freddo e senza una finestra. L’igiene lasciamo perdere… servizi igienici così come lasciati dai precedenti ospiti e così come i servizi igienici anche le lenzuola, meno male che i precedenti ospiti si lavano perché il cuscino profumavano di shampoo. Fatto tutto presente all’host ci è stato promesso un rimborso da 50€ (grazzzzieeee) MAI ARRIVATO. Promesse al vento. Evitate se non vi volete fare del nervoso. Wi-Fi inesistente che passi ma ragazzi sembrava di stare in Vietnam. Ps: alla richiesta di tirare spesso lo sciacquone mi è scappato un sorriso e preferisco non commentare il sanitrit.

• Gianluca (3/5): - Great geographical position to go skiing at Bardonecchia and also close to the center. Football table is a good plus in the structure. Check-in and check-out information on booking site are not correct or at least not complete. It is written 00-23 hour, but at the end the check-in and check-out is at 10 a.m. based on reservations. Although check-in and check-out at 10 a.m. is completely normal, I consider this kind of information important for who is organizing a trip even more with a family and child. Hence, every detail must be specified and not discovered because I randomly contacted the owner. We were 7 and we arrived between 10.30-11 a.m., the house was not ready, we had to change in a small room without heating system in December (let's take it like a little adventure). We entered in the house, which was dusty, cutlery and glasses looked dirty. The set of towels were completely random and not complete, we received just seven towels between small and large, and one started toilet paper. Finally the blankets were old and dusty.
• Darren (9/5): Cosy apartment in town centre with mezzanine style layout - Property is cosy and warm and well equipped to make home meals. The shower and bathroom was spotless and table football makes for great fun after the slopes. There are no windows and it’s in the basement. Not a negative just to be aware.
• Giorgio (2/5): Un pranzo di Natale al fredddo - La posizione è comoda al centro città ed è facile da raggiungere dall'autostrada. L'appartamento è come da foto, pulito e spazioso. Il rimborso richiesto è stato accettato subito senza particolari problemi. Non è scritto da nessuna parte che sia in un seminterrato senza finestre, salvo due bocche di lupo sopra il letto matrimoniale trovate aperte al nostro arrivo. L'appartamento non era riscaldato quando fuori stava nevicando. Al nostro ingresso siamo stati invitati ad accendere il condizionatore presente sperando che dai 13° circa si passasse ai 20° in pochi minuti. Dopo aver pranzato con i cappotti e visto i miei genitori raggomitolati sul divano vicino al condizionatore, ho deciso di lasciare l'appartamento in cerca di un posto caldo. A Natale mi è costato il doppio di quanto pagato per questo posto. Alcuni dettagli: set da bagno assente anche se comunicato prima del nostro arrivo. Richiedendolo al gentile ragazzo che ci ha accolto, sono comparsi nuovi asciugami da un armadio. La luce del soppalco era bruciata quindi è stata presa la lampada dal soggiorno e portata vicino ai letti. Poteva benissimo essere una vacanza indimenticabile ma non potevo immaginare che venisse sottovalutato il fatto che un'abitazione deve essere calda per essere accogliente. Buon Natale.

• Mara (1/5): Terribile! E non si riesce a caricare le foto ! - Nulla! Siamo scappati dopo una sola notte! L'alloggio non corrisponde alla descrizione, sul sito in italiano non era segnalato il termine underground bensì era segnalato a piano terra mentre in realtà era una cantina. L'impianto elettrico per niente sicuro e probabilmente non a norma. Sopra il letto ad altezza testa (con il rischio di urti) correvano tubi del riscaldamento del condominio. Alcuni armadi erano rotti e chiusi con nastro adesivo. La porta di ingresso non era possibile chiuderla a chiave perché la serratura non funzionava e bastava un semplice tocco della mano per aprirla. Abbiamo fatto vedere il problema alla proprietaria e parlato con il responsabile che ha minimizzato il tutto. L'esperienza peggiore che abbia mai avuto!

• Andrea (6/5): - appartamento curato e accogliente, molto comodo vicino al centro é un sottoscala senza finestre, va bene per una sola notte, si sente il rumore dell'ascensore, e nonostante la prenotazione per 8 persone c'erano solo 3 asciugamani
• CEREUIL (5/5): - Le village, le calme. Le logement est à la cave, pas de fenêtres, juste de petites aérations très limites et sans vue. Tous les lits sont sur une mezzanine où on touche le plafond, aucune réelle chambre.

• Pim (8/5): Very good - Basement apartment in a quiet, green area of town, free parking space in front of the building. Walking distance from shops, bars, restaurants. Apartment layout is slightly awkward, but overall good value for money.

• Alexis (5/5): Nice appartement but we felt rushed out - The flat was clean, warm, well lit! Staff was nice (except for checkout) Great location No wifi, no windows and the people rushed us out very early.. we booked and it said we could check out at any time of the day, however when we got there the woman said we had to be out by 9:30 am (very early considering we were on holiday) and the day of departure she even tried arriving at 9:15 to get us out.. felt a bit rude and rushed! Not very relaxing Also stairs not for young children ! We didn’t have anyone too young so it was fine, but for young children it’s not good
