• Mike (2/5): Poor - I asked specifically, when apartment was changed that new apartment had a bath that can be used by a wheelchair user. The answer was yes. However, the splash-guard was glued onto the bath, meaning it could not retract, making the bath useless for my four nights stay. Complained, we were not moved, neither was the splash-guard unstuck. Has made we wary of using Booking.
• Pregasen (9/5): Excellent Location , great apartment for 4 - collecting keys wasn't good, message to go to another hotel to check in, they knew nothing about it , went to actual hotel, chatted to contact who sent someone with keys, only complaint that should be sorted, the contact was good and responded to queries. the lady at reception at Vantage was not very polite, the guy was good who assisted . Remote batteries were dead
• Vijay (7/5): Great location, spacious and secure Needs better maintenance - Location was good. The apartment was spacious and bright with good amenities. It was secure. The bed in the min bedroom was not good. The light bulbs in some of the rooms were not replaced even though we mentioned it to the agents TRYWHITT on numerous occasions. Maintenance needs to be better.

• Wazi (9/5): Superb - It is very nice excellent love everything just one suggestion as listed below . However there was a pair of someone's old socks in the cupboard of the 2nd bedroom . Also to have the apartment perfect and suggestion would be to place a mirror in the 2nd bedroom apartment definitely short of mirrors. As we like to sit in front of a mirror and blow dry or style hair just a slight improvement

• Noluntu (10/5): Home away from home - The apartment was clean, offering beautiful views from the 7th floor. Bedding super crisp and fresh - The bed was comfortable and spacious! A minute walk to Rosebank Mall, so much convenience. Always happy to have a balcony to get fresh air and a glimpse of the city lights. Strong Wifi :) a smart TV! There's nothing to not like.

WITH THE JHB HEAT & THE PRICE CHARGING PER NIGHT AROUND R2,000.00/NIGHT NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING - THERE IS NO AIRCONDITION, NO FANS (YOU GO BUY YOUR OWN), NO PORTERS OR HELPERS (DO IT YOURSELF), FOR SERVICING THE APARTMENT YOU HAVE TO PUSH THE OFFICE LOCATED SOMEWHERE ELSE (NOT IN THE BUILDING), BEDS ARE TOO SMALL SUITABLE FOR 2 GUESTS IN 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT. NO ENOUGH ELECTRICAL UNITS LOADED, THERE WAS AN ELECTRICAL CUT-OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT & HAD TO PUSH FOR NEW UNITS TO LOAD. I THINK THIS APARTMENT IS VERY OVER PRICEY & SHOULD BE R500/NIGHT. VANTAGE SERVICED APARTMENT IS A PLENTY MIXED OWNERSHIP BUILDING, IF YOU WISH TO BOOK BE CAREFUL WHO YOU ARE RENTING FROM. I STRONGLY SUGGEST BOOK WITH CAG RATHER IF YOU WISH TO BOOK IN THIS BUILDING. STRONGLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
• Philippe (7/5): Great location - The place is starting to feel run down. No key Fob to enter front door or parking as given as it is as taken by a previous guest. No air conditioning or fan and it was hot. Beds are too small when you are used to king cal size.

• Salim (5/5): Lousy experience. Wont recommend the place - The security guard in the reception was very friendly and helpful. He assisted us by getting in touch with the person to check in. The security in the parking were very pleasant and helpful The check in was terrible and unorganized. the building receptionist was unhelpful and rude, The person checking us wasn't take our calls. When he finally came he was indifferent. We not informed before that the was no cleaning service and fresh towels available for weekend. No aircons in the rooms, fortunately we didn't need due to weather

• Oscar (9/5): Good comfy stay, good parking and realy well located - the facilities really close, well presented and located. very well positioned The guests need to stay quiet as there is a hollow and Eco in the building that amplify noise. In addition there is no cell phone charger adapter plugs

• M (7/5): Will never stay here again. - The apartments are new and modern. No heater so rather cold in the Joburg winter. The apartments are clearly owned/managed by an investment company. Everything is about the money nothing about hospitality. You need to tell they 10 mins ahead that you will be arriving, which we did 30mins in advance and were still told on arrival that the check in person was not there and would arrive later. You need to sign a 4 page contract (all small print) of which you don't get a copy. They send you a text bring a breakage/fine cash deposit of R 1000 then you do not get a receipt. All the info in the flat is about how much they will charge you if you break a rule. Not a pleasant experience at all.
