Marouane (1/5): - Ne réserve surtout pas ici, une grosse arnaque. 😠😡🤬 J'ai réservé, la personne ne répond pas sur Booking, le numéro de téléphone ne sonne même pas. 😠😡 J'ai payé 50 euros pour rien, aucun accès à l'établissement, rien. 😭💸👎

el omari (1/5): Logement fantôme, aucun soutien de Booking - Je n'ai jamais pu séjourner dans cet établissement. Après avoir réservé, j’ai contacté l’hôte qui m’a informé que le logement n’était plus disponible et qu’il avait mis fin à son partenariat avec Booking.com. Je me suis retrouvé sans solution ni hébergement, malgré plusieurs tentatives de réclamation. Booking n’a apporté aucune réponse satisfaisante, et j’attends toujours un remboursement ainsi qu’un dédommagement pour le préjudice subi. Très mauvaise expérience. Je déconseille fortement. J’espère que Booking prendra ses responsabilités face à cette situation.
