It was all very beautiful and we were well taken care of. Kirishima shrine is nearby and so very beautiful. Must visit. The water in the onsen (we had a private one) was very finnicky and hard to change the temperature on and get it to stay consistent. The water temperature in the shower wasn't very consistent either. Our private onsen also didn't feel all the private as it was close to the busy road outside which you could hear from the onsen.

• Maxo_Chen (10/5): 非常享受，還會想再來 - 位置非常棒，走路十分鐘到霧島神宮。店家會開車送到JR霧島神宮站。整間店所有員工都非常友善，訓練有素。空間設計跟裝潢擺飾都很用心，對於第一次體驗溫泉料亭的我來說，處處充滿驚喜跟巧思。這次入住的房型是觀美月，有獨立的戶外湯屋，整個房間的味道都非常好，溫泉也很道地，雨後落花在溫泉上飄，晚上抬頭看到月光跟樹影搖曳，一切都很完美。跟其他住戶因為動線跟時間安排，都不會互相打擾，這一點非常好，喜歡隱私的人會喜歡這裡。房間裡面一切都很方便，甚至鞋子還有兩種讓客人選擇一般拖鞋還是木屐，當然是選木屐才有氣氛! 建議在館內到處走走看看，白天晚上都很漂亮。料理非常好吃，有米其林的水準，這次最喜歡的是烤物跟最後的湯，食材都能反映出季節特色，請來體驗料理長的用心。館內大部分的員工都比較難用英文溝通，不過這是我喜歡的優點! 因為這樣體驗才道地! 友善跟誠懇與微笑能跨越語言的障礙，是這裡的特色，也是體驗文化的一種方式。非常感謝這間旅館~完美。 有位外籍服務生或許英文比較好被派來溝通，非常感謝。但如果可以的話，希望我自己日文好一點，這樣獲得的服務體驗才完整，不然好像沒辦法百分之百享受傳統料亭的用心。

• Reiko (10/5): - お出迎えから丁寧な対応で恐縮しました。レンタカーも正面につけた状態で駐車場に移動させていただき、荷物も部屋まで運んでくださりました。抹茶でのウェルカムドリンクで和の庭園で癒されます。その上、冷蔵庫には飲み物がたっぷり用意してくださり、お得感大。食事は、鹿児島の郷土料理もあり、お腹一杯の大満足。こじんまりしている為、土曜日でも温泉がほとんど貸し切り状態でゆったりできました。 休憩所ではコーヒーマシーンで美味しくいただきました。もちろん部屋にもお茶セットは用意あり。 部屋があちらこちらに点在しているためか、食事場所や温泉まで、石の階段を下駄で昇ったり、降りたりと足の不自由な方は、宿泊が難しいです。そこが一つ残念でした。

• KATSUKO (9/5): 家族の幸せを共有できる旅館 - 年に一度の家族旅行です。高齢の父とは離れて暮らすため、孫たちと過ごす機会で楽しみにしておりました。旅館の2階の部屋を予約していましたが、久しぶりの父は足腰が弱り、階段の使用が辛い状況でした。そのため、部屋の変更をお願いしたところ、すぐに対応してくださり、1階に移ることが出来ました。そのことで、父も私達の世話にならず、楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。料理も手の込んだものばかりで、目を楽しませ、味も美味しく、話も盛り上がりました。今回は、女将、スタッフの皆様には色々なお願いをしても笑顔で対応してくださり、感謝しております。いつかまた行きたいと思います。 女湯の露天風呂が、熱すぎて入れなかった。湯掻き棒を使用しても熱かったです。もう少し低めの温度だと嬉しいです。内風呂は丁度良い温度ででゆっくり出来ました。

The staff were also very helpful and friendly; we got there after sunset and had trouble finding the place in the dark (please make plans to reach before it gets dark!), but the staff were keeping a lookout for us in the cold at the main gate. Appreciate the hospitality and effort to communicate with us even though we did not understand Japanese. The food was also exceptional! Best kaiseki we’ve had! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
