• Nicole (9/5): Belles randonnées dans les flocons de neige! - Matelas confortables, cuisine très bien équipée, lits escamotables faciles à déplier, belle vue sur les montagnes. Joli balcon mais il faisait trop froid pour en profiter. Saint-Luc est un endroit magnifique, idéal pour des randonnées. De petits détails: dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un deuxième fauteuil confortable. L’heure d’arrivée est fixée à 17h00. Il est vrai que c’est noté sur le site mais nous avons trouvé que c’était un peu tardif par rapport à d’autres locations et il faut payer pour arriver plus tôt (39.- pour arriver à 14h00). Par rapport à l’heure de départ, nous comprenons qu’il faut respecter les horaires mais parler d’une amende de 300.- dans vos instructions donne d’emblée l’impression que nous sommes des fraudeurs, ce qui est un peu désagréable.

• Isabelle (8/5): Nous avons skier sur ce beau domaine - Nous avons apprécié 'aménagement du studio, la vue, le confort et l'accès Nous avons apprécié le confort du studio, son aménagement, la vue et son accessibilité. Pour y arriver les indications étaient claires. J'aimerais faire une suggestion: mettre un rideau pour assombrir un peu au petit matin car les stores étaient coincés ou si on les descendait il était extrêmement difficile de le remonter. Et peut-être juste ajouter une couverture pour les frileux.

• Monique (9/5): - Tout était bien même parfait, sauf que j'ai essayé d'appeler les propriétaires, il y avait un numéro local et c'est un répondeur en anglais qui a répondu. Nous voulions avoir des informations sur les restaurants le soir... et en fait tout était fermé à Saint-Luc et nous avons du redescendre un bus postal dans la vallée pour manger le soir. Ensuite plus de transports publics... donc nous avons fait du stop. J'aurais souhaîté avoir un contact direct avec la propriétaire, mais il semble que c'est une agence étrangère et cela fait un peu bizzare. Mais le studio était vraiment bien aménagé et chaleureux.

• Susan (8/5): comfortable renovated studio apartment, well situated near bus stops and St Luc amenities. - The property is nicely located. It is newly renovated and comfortable. The support team was easy to reach and friendly. Check-in itself was very easy. I was not so happy that the high chair and baby cot we ordered and were told would be set up and ready ahead of time were not set up when we arrived. It was a shame that I was not able to check in at 3pm instead of 5pm (i.e. early check-in option was not available for us). Just a few points of feedback: I found that a more thorough vacuuming job would have been nice--there were quite a few visible dog hairs everywhere on the floor. Secondly, there are no bowls (to eat cereal) in the kitchen. Also, the stores are very hard to open and close (perhaps a little grease or loosening some screws might help? I would not recommend this studio for a family with a small baby--but that's just a learning for us: simply because it's better to have another space for a little one to sleep in, as opposed to everyone sharing the same room. booking.com comment: this is the second time I submit this review. I hope this submission works (I got an error for the last one), and I won't write this up again a second time.
