- Luka (6/5): Could be great... - Amazing views, spacious apartment and terrace, underground parking, responsive staff, free Netflix Maintenance, cleaning and some furnishings very far from 'luxurious', loud construction works right next door (not the owner's fault but be aware), terrace gets no sun at all (great in summer, not so much in April)
