• Leppert (9/5): Lovely fitted caravan on friendly large park - Great location. Lovely park with good facilities. Caravan well designed with comfy furniture, great sleep on beds. Shower worked better than expected. Fully kitted out kitchen, we only used kettle and dishwasher. Caravan was very clean on arrival and although weather was hot, the Caravan cooled down quickly with patio doors open. Outside seating was comfortable and we used that. Parking was easy and close by. Really nice tasty fish and chips on site. Site also has convenience shops and lots to keep kids occupied. The pebble beach is extremely close and we had couple of trips to see the sea. One of our group was elderly and she managed really well getting around the van. Overall, lovely stay. Would recommend. Saw lovely coffee machine but it didn't work, had no instructions. One of the tv remotes didn't work, we tried different batteries. So we ended up sharing the remote for the bedrooms.
• Hayley (10/5): Had a fabulous stay, We have stayed in Selsey many times over the years but this was the best caravan we have stayed in. - Location was perfect, It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about it.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Some improvements but good place - The communication was a bit back and forth with the owner of this property. I think one simple email with instructions would have been better and saved time on both ends. The caravan was clean, although a bit of a damp smell which i guess is expected, the boiler didn't generate warm water kept having to press a button to get it warm. The bedding sheets had a bit of an odour and could do with an upgrade. But overall, the caravan was clean on arrival, presented well and in a good location as well.
