- Thomas (7/5): Nice comfortable villa with nice pool. Rental company not the best. - Lovely spacious villa. Good air conditioning in living room and all bedrooms, and comfortable amenities inside (bedding, sofa etc) Nice pool area with lovely views down to Fuengirola. Good location. Short 10 minute drive to pretty Mijas pueblo, ten minutes in the other direction to Alhaurín el Grande, and 20 minutes to Fuengirola. Outside needs upgrading. Basic uncomfortable sun loungers and no sun parasol, which for the price paid I would have expected. There were a lot of wasps meaning eating outside not possible as they would swarm when there was food around. Had issue with one of the toilets not flushing, took rental company 3 days to get someone out to fix it.
- Angus (2/5): On arrival villa looked nice but was spoilt with issues above - Pool and views Steep drive, problems encountered eg toilet not flushing , air conditioning not working in all but one room - one unit wasn’t plugged in , others required fridge gas , no plugs in any sinks, wasps nest above the pool which was reported on fifth day , not addressed until the last day of our stay , no parasol , on arrival the parasol in the top balcony looked like it had been through a hurricane - reported it on arrival and no hot water and when reported they asked me to plug it the boiler which as a guest shouldn’t be doing - the barbecue hadn’t been cleaned out since last guest - in addition my 1000 euros deposit was held onto for three weeks and they tried to charge me over 50 euros for stained towels that were in no way stained and just used normally after showering
