The apartment was beautifully decorated, warm, clean and had everything you could want. The location was perfect close to all the main attractions, metro and markets. The house was in a perfect location and spotlessly clean. The coffee and tea machines, clean bedsheets, and towels provided hotel-like comfort.
• Elbaz Turel (10/5): - We were four friends traveling to celebrate a 40th birthday, and the place was simply perfect for us. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped, the host really thought of everything. It looks exactly like the photos (even nicer in real life!). The highlight was the amazing location - Close to everything you could need: restaurants, bars, the main shopping street with all the great stores, and the main attractions. The host was wonderful - kind, friendly, and always available for any question. He even stopped by to bring us a sweet treat, gave us great recommendations, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. Alex truly made our stay special – it’s not something we take for granted. We had an amazing experience – we’ll be back and highly recommending this place!

• Vladimir (10/5): Wonderful stay in a beautiful place well worth its price! - We have been messaged by the property supervisor, Alex, a day in advance via WhatsApp. Alex made it possible to check in at an earlier time as was originally allowed in order for us not to have to wait after our arrival. He was very helpful throughout our stay, providing us with information and always being available via WhatsApp. The apartment was in pristine condition and stocked up with all the amenities and basic groceries. Everything was just as advertised and even exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would like to thank Alex again for being an excellent support.

There is the size, it is rather large, well equipped, great location. The host was exceptional. Everything in the apartment works as it should. Cleanliness and equipment is exceptional. It really is a great stay. As a family of four we thoroughly enjoyed it. You also get two sets of keys one for mom one for dad. It is also featured in a music film clip "Thessaloniki mou" how cool is that. That we had to leave at the end of our trip.

Landmark apartment building stood out from many of the other district buildings with its neoclassical design, high ceilings and large windows and rooms. Generous amenities and excellent host, who greeted us and made sure we were comfortable and oriented to all we needed. No parking at all at the apartment, though the host reserved us a parking slot at a very secure garage, just 1 block away. Worked out fine.

• Ute (9/5): Perfect place to enjoy Thessaloniki - The apartment is spacious, very well designed and decorated with a good eye for color - extra items to discover for cineasts :-) - situated in a beautiful neo-classical building, extremely well-maintained and perfectly positioned to explore all areas of the city. Alex is a wonderful host and we were warmly welcomed, he made us feel at home immediately plus he provided us with some really good tipps for insider food and sweets spots, the ones we tried were marvellous. No drawbacks in the apartment at all, it is beautiful, only bedrooms were less quiet than expected - our fault, it is easy to identify that the Egnatia is a main road with lots of traffic, but the finalisation work for the new underground station Venizelou right in front of the house added somewhat to the overall noise.

It was really bad surprise, but they managed it with calm and send us some water with cookies. That was nice. they didn't tel us there was a pipe was broken and there would be water shortage until noon. The communication should be improved

The air conditioning kept it cool despite temperatures up to 40 degrees outside, which makes the apartment an oasis to rest in during a hot afternoon. The area is calm but still you are in the very middle of the city with a lot of cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. The taverna next door offers good food.

Personally, I immediately fell in love with the apartment, a really nice apartment with all all the equipment you have in your own home. So, you can also choose to cook yourself in the evenings, but during our stay in Thessaloniki we chose to eat out every evening outside the apartment. The space of the apartment is sufficient for 4 people. The host helped us well with tips regarding going out in Thessaloniki, good food and gave a number of restaurants where you can eat traditional Greek meals and attractions inside or outside Thessaloniki that you should definitely visit. The apartment is located in the center, close to the shopping streets, the boulevard, the buses and taxi ranks. The host is very obliging and everything we asked him was immediately handled really well. I enjoyed my stay in this apartment so much that I would like to come back again, highly recommended. No comment, it was really great

• Romanos (10/5): One of the very best rental apartments I have stayed in - Pretty well everything was to like. A large, elegant apartment with tall ceilings and lots of sunlight. It is freshly refurbished, to a high quality including an excellent shower, nespresso and filter coffee machines, comfortable beds, TVs in bedrooms and living room, Netflix, excellent wifi, etc, etc Not much. One lamp was not working. The worksite for the new metro system next door was of concern at first but was not an issue - they are not very load anyway and do not work at night.

The landlord was extremely nice and gave us some advice on the nice places to go and eat outside - perfect food and breakfast with a special price for the guests. I can fully recommend this place!
