Stanley (1/5): I didn’t stay there. - Nothing. They cancelled on me at the last minute Poor policy when they cancelled with VERY LITTLE notice!!!
David (9/5): Just what we needed for an overnight before a cruise. - Location was convenient to the airport and port. We were able to walk to decent restaurants without feeling threatened. No tissues in the unit or usable coffee service.

Nicely decorated Walls thin between next property so could hear their conversation clearly. Only 1 hand towel provided. Thin blinds on bedroom window that let in all the light. Having to sort out the rubbish ourselves when we left

Johnny (1/5): - The host canceled last minute and gave a lame excuse about plumbing issue, since we booked for only 1 night. It turns out they neec the apartment to rent to other peoples but make up a whole lie about plumbing issue at the last minute!
Lisa (10/5): We will be back! - The location was perfect. Near the airport, casino and Hard Rock Stadium. Plenty of amenities, charming decor, clean and new. The casita had an adjoining bedroom that belonged to some other renter but you could hear everything. It was a little uneasy at first but we got used to it.
Santiago (8/5): Convenient and well equipped apartment, but with limited privacy - Well equipped apartment, with free on-street parking. The laundry services available at the property were convenient. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Location and property appeared to be safe. There is a standard door that connects to another apartment, just next to the bedroom, through which you can hear basically everything - from sneezing to full conversations. It is really incredible that they decided to design the apartments this way. You can even see the light turned on in the other apartment through a crack on top of this door. They should really wall this up or put a double door like in hotels. In any case, I felt my privacy was limited. In addition, it appears that the shower floor foundation was washed off or something, making it very unstable and dangerous. I weigh around 80 kg and felt the plastic shower flooring was going to break at any moment due to the holes underneath this flooring. Also, the room has a big closet but only one hanger. And one last important thing: the property managers force you to sign an off-Booking rental agreement and to send your ID to a random phone number... Considering this property is managed by an offshore company, this is a red flag. The property would be a 10/10 if it weren't for these things.

Just a suggestion an information binder with suggestions for your stay. Such as restaurants, activities, closets beaches and what they offer. Departure expections such as where to put towels, garbage etc. Make sure all applicances are functioning.

Myriamt (9/5): Superb - All you need for your stay No insulation - neighbours were watching TV till 5am, could hear everything from nextdoors which I found somewhat annoying. I liked the fact that coffee was available but would have liked to have water in the fridge - especially after a long flight and you arrive in the evening and don't feel like going out to the supermarket.

Robina (10/5): Exceptional - Fabulous comfortable spacious home from home. I was solo female traveller with no car and there was a large supermarket 10mins walk away and the yacht club and bar had a fabulous atmosphere and food just 10 mins away. It was a long way from the centre and the beach but I got a bus pass and could easily get in and out in a 20 minute ride on the number 6 bus. Also got a water taxi pass so could get around on the water taxis easily too. It worked very well for me but wouldn't suit if you wanted to be in the centre. Nothing.

Maureen (9/5): Nice apartment feels like home - The location is a short drive from Ft. Lauderdale Airport and in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is well-equipped and has all the comforts of home like a cozy bed and good water pressure in the shower. I enjoyed a beautiful view of the night sky from the outdoor space. The host communicated well and professionally. I only needed the place for a night, but had my plans required it, I would have definitely stayed longer. check-out is at 10 floors needed deeper cleaning
Lmcollins (8/5): Nice and quiet location, comfortable within a stylish communal garden. - I got instructions for the key pad and code the morning we were arriving. The place is in a quiet location, out of the way in a residential district. We had a rental car, which you would need if you staying here. Facilities, although communal, were very good. You can't control the air con as it is on a central air con system controlled elsewhere. The room was very cold and we would have liked to have adjusted that.
Nael (8/5): Would stay again! - Nice clean location. Everything in the room was updated. We only spent a couple of hours because we arrived late, and slept in for about 3 to 4 hours. Just heads up to the owner, please add an iron in the room. It was a disappointment when we was getting ready one wasn’t available, because we was traveling and as we was getting ready for the airport there wasn’t one to be found. I didn’t place call the owner, because we had to head out to the airport by 5 am. Beside that a good place to stay

21auto (10/5): Perfect stay for business trips and travelers. - This place is a hidden gem for travelers. I work often in the South Florida area and the location was perfect. The property is in close proximity to the interstate and downtown Fort Lauderdale. Above all the rental was clean, remodeled with a modern touch and the outside patio grille area was nice. Next work trip I definitely plan on staying there again. The place was so ideal that I know it will get frequently booked. Other than that can’t complain

Suu (10/5): A Perfect Place to Stay - We were given a one bedroom apartment for our stay It is beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean. The king sized bed is very comfortable with super soft sheets. Quality toiletries are provided to use in a nice sized shower. The kitchen is well stocked with quality kitchen ware and there's a coffee pot and coffee. It's a great apartment for short or long stays. Open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. Great courtyard with electric fireplace, bbq area, lounge areas. Wasn't within walking distance to a market or choices of restaurants/pubs. There is a beautiful restaurant at the yacht marina that is within walking distance. We enjoyed dinner there the evening we arrived and lunch the next day. Good food and great atmosphere with all the yachts and being on the water. A bit pricey though.
