- Gerardo (9/5): - Casa pulita ed accogliente, letti comodi, riscaldamento efficiente, , angolo cottura con la presenza di tutto l'occorrente , posto auto recintato e assegnato sotto casa, zona tranquilla e silenziosa a pochi passi dalla tramvia linea 2 Un po gli infissi datati, il parquet da rivedere, e una tinteggiatura alle pareti si rende indispensabile.
- Costantino (4/5): - Tante cose, i primis non c'è mai stata una cogliedanza. Il giorno che siamo arrivati per motivi di traffico non si sono presentati, ma i giorni successivi?? Non se mai fatto vedere nessuno nonostante siano passati a prendere le tasse di soggiorno. Abbiamo trovato tanti problemi in casa quando è venuto il tecnico alla fine ha detto pure "provare il condizionatore se vi dà problemi ci chiamate "..ah ok 😅

- Veronika (5/5): Passable - Good stay in Novoli, Florence. While not centrally located, the apartment was clean, modern and spacious. The host was helpful, always available for assistance, and provided clear instructions. Overall, a comfortable stay for those seeking a quieter neighborhood experience. Its distance from the city center may require extra time for transportation. The beds were so small and uncomfortable that you will have a sensation of almost falling off the bed with every toss and turn. It's worth noting that the neighbors preferred a quieter atmosphere, so playing music or making noise might not be suitable.
