• Muhammad (5/5): Needs serious attention by the host asap - The Communication with the host herself was good. She offered to fix the problem next morning, or cancel the booking for a refund. There were a few issues to start with. The house at first glance looked amazing, spacious, open and beautiful. But it was too cold in there. Heating wasn’t working in 2 of the rooms the whole night. Rooms had damp on the walls. No lights in one of the en suite toilet (mine unfortunately:( The hallway and rooms smelled awful like smoky mixed with bad gutter/toilet smell. I only gave this a “fair” because of the host. She tried her best to make it up to us.

• Asimah (10/5): Amazing, will definitely be returning! 😊😊 - Location was amazing, Villa is spacious, airy and clean. The Caretaker ‘Atika’ was also very helpful and polite. Everything was lovely but the only one thing thats was alittle disappointing was that the pressure on the showers wasn’t so great so having a shower was abit of a challenge.

• Perrier (8/5): - Le logement était très bien pour nos besoins : c'était un logement pour faire le pont entre 2 réservations. La gentillesse des hôtes et des personnes assurant l'entretien entre deux locations, la taille du logement et le rapport qualité/prix étaient particulièrement appréciables. Le ménage était correct. Ce qui pourrait être améliorer : les salles de bains n'étaient pas pleinement exploitables, c'est à dire qu'une n'avait pas d'eau chaude, une autre n'avais pas de pression du tout, au final on a fini par tous utiliser la même et la piscine était très froide.

• Balal (10/5): Exceptional - Very well priced for a 5 bedroom, nice and clean, Split level accommodation, no ground floor basement with a cold pool, and upstairs bedrooms
• Muhammad (1/5): The host is very just after money as soon as they received payment from customer, host didn’t bother attend the call. - We didn’t like the host at all, Host was pushing us to send our ID and passport to whatsaap. Me can’t share our personal ID to any digital platform! It’s like scam so we didt send our passports, When we reach the property there was no one there ? We send msg and explain any body can come and see our ID or passport, but despite long waited and keep waiting til 1:35 Minutes but now one showed up. We have no place to stay so we have to book new Appartement. This is very irritating and frustrating act from the host. Worst experience I ever had in my life.
• Irina (9/5): Superb - A quiet neighborhood. Opposite the accommodation is a pizzeria. It is relatively easy to reach any part of the city, but you must have a car. The food is very good. Atika prepares it. Enough space for 8-10 people. The shower pressure is not good. During the three days spent at the accommodation, there was no daily cleaning. Internet accessible only on the floor (where are the bedrooms). There is no Internet connection at the pool and dining room
• Valentine (10/5): Wonderful Experience - My friends and I had the pleasure of staying at Laila's apartment during our vacation, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Atika, the caretaker, who was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to nearby attractions while still providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Laila was an exceptional host—responsive, kind, and thoughtful, always ensuring we had the best experience. We truly felt at home during our stay and appreciated the little touches that made our vacation special. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we highly recommend Laila’s apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We would definitely return for future trips!
