• Felix (7/5): Disappointing - The apartment is located in a quiet area, very close to the Dom. The total area of ​​the apartment is generous. The tram station is 100 m away, in case you want to make longer trips. As well the bus stations. The building has elevators. The apartment looks great in the presentation but the details on site greatly reduce its value. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom but the third has only a shower. There is a fourth toilet in the living room, but it is a shared space. The windows in one bathroom were nailed together and the door handle to the bedroom was missing. The living room is poor to the point of being petty. And the glasses in the kitchen deserve at most one star. Too bad, with a little effort and interest, the apartment could be excellent.
• YOKO (10/5): ゴージャス。 - 部屋が豪華で広く、大変快適で値段もリーズナブルだった。各部屋が広く、綺麗で、完璧だった。部屋以外の廊下も広く、ゴージャスだった。ベッドも快適、ベッドルームが3つで、シャワールームも3つ、キッチンが一部屋で申し分なし。歩いて、中心地まで大体10分くらい。中心地が人混みで混雑していますが、ここは静か。近くに素敵なカフェもいくつかあり、朝食も簡単でした。また泊まりたい部屋です。 間違えて、キャンセル不可で予約してしまい、日程が合わずいろいろと交渉しましたが、交渉不能でした。すべての予定を変えて、1日早く出発せざるを得ませんでした。あと、番地がビルに書いてなかったのと、直前に送ってきたビルの写真を見ていなかったので、どこかわからず、右往左往して、近所の人に怪訝な顔で睨まれたりしました。

• Amal (8/5): Outer city center great 3 bed spacious apartment - This Apartment is situated on the edge of the city limit we decided to get this 3 bed apartment for our large group as we were travelling by vehicle the Center of Florence it is very difficult to find parking and too busy.this place surrounding is more relaxed had a great stay in this spacious apartment Check in at 4pm
• Guest (3/5): Nice but wouldn’t describe this apartment as luxury. - The location was good and close to all sightseeing areas of Florence. AC was very powerful during the hot weather and the beds were nice and firm, overall the apartment was spacious with plenty of light. Checkin was late (4pm) and couldn’t understand why we were not able to get into apartment sooner considering the housekeeping was complete way before and the apartment was not cleaned properly and was dirty anyway, all floors were sticky and was not cleaned with and dust in rooms, this wasn’t luxury as described. Kitchen wasn’t fully stocked, induction hob meant frying pans couldn’t be used and was provided with small amount of toilet rolls and fairy liquid for washing up, no tea towel for drying up. While using facilities we had power cut twice during our stay and lucky we knew how to resolve this else freezer food would have been wasted. Walls were chipped and needed repainting, Dining chairs were broken and not stable and could have caused a nasty fall. Showerheads were limescale so not flowing properly, overall the luxury standard was not met and improvements need to be made to achieve this standard.

• Leandro (8/5): Hospedagem cômoda em Florença - Casa muito bem localizada! Além de estar perto da principal catedral de Florença (15 minutos andando), tem uma estação com trem elétrico urbano em frente a entrada do prédio (que leva diretamente pro aeroporto e pra estação de trem - ajudou muito!). Casa é ampla e a comunicação funcionou bem com os anfitriões Gostamos da hospedagem (inclusive, voltaríamos nela), mas já ficamos em casas melhores por preços mais baixos. Algumas sugestões de melhoria: não tinha sabonete em um dos banheiros utilizados (amenities deixam a desejar, pelo nível da casa), por ser self-checking, ficamos com dúvidas sobre a utilização de alguns eletrodomésticos, poderia ter mais quantidade de utensílios domésticos disponibilizados, pra não precisarmos ir no mercado logo que chegamos (pastilha de máquina de lavar, por exemplo)

• Elisa (10/5): Ottima esperienza in centro - Spaziosissimo appartamento in palazzo storico ma completamente rimodernato, adatto a gruppi numerosi. Posizione perfetta, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale ma comunque vicinissima anche alla fermata del tram.
• Sandra (9/5): Repetiría! - Un apartamento amplio, estuvimos 10 personas y no hubo problemas de espacio. Buena localización cerca del centro y del tranvía. Buena comunicación con el propietario. Limpias instalaciones. La cocina podría estar más equipada. Faltaban sillas para 10 personas.

• Tiziana (9/5): Ottimo appartamento perfetto per grandi famiglie o gruppo numeroso di amici - L'appartamento è davvero molto ampio, gli spazi sono comodi, noi eravamo in 10 e ci siamo state bene. Le camere da letto sono belle grandi con letti non comodissimi, ma accettabili. Lo spazio guardaroba più che adeguato. Lo stesso si può dire dei 4 bagni (3 completi, uno solo doccia e lavabo): comodi, ampi, ben funzionanti. Lo spazio cucina è comodo, è dotata sufficientemente anche se mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare una moka. La pulizia ottima. Essendo in tante abbiamo apprezzato molto il metodo di apertura portone e porta che ci ha rese autonome senza pensieri. Il personale addetto alla registrazione ed all' assistenza ha reso facile ogni fase del check in e pagamento della tassa di soggiorno, ed è stato sempre presente e disponibile durante tutta la nostra vacanza. La zona non è centralissima, ma molto tranquilla e in circa 20-25 minuti a piedi si arriva in pieno centro. Grazie! Sostanzialmente ci è piaciuto tutto, solo un paio di suggerimenti: dotare i bagni di ulteriori appendini/ganci per disporre gli asciugamani usati e dotare l' appartamento di altre 2 sedie, perchè se si è in più di 8 le sedie non bastano.

• Rogerio (9/5): Fantástico apartamento para grupos de amigos ou famílias - Apartamento de grande qualidade e muito confortável. Fica relativamente perto do centro histórico e pudemos conhecer a cidade andado a pé. O bairro era muito agradável e parecia muito seguro. Ideal para um grupo de 8 pessoas. Recomendo este apartamento. Não tivemos nenhum problema na nossa estadia. Tenho apenas a sugestão de fornecerem 2 copias das chaves (pode facilitar a vida de grupos maiores).

• Annaluce (8/5): - Ambienti molto larghi e spaziosi. Sistema serratura molto comodo e sicuro. Dotata di vari comfort non scontati, come phon, asciugamani e numerose lampade per una luce più tenue. Casa molto calda per l'inverno. Mancanza di istruzioni per la raccolta differenziata o di un luogo per lasciare la spazzatura prima della partenza. Letti abbastanza scomodi.

• Diane (3/5): Internet only worked in kitchen and not the bedrooms. Turn router broke and internet stopped working all together. No - Pretty apt The check in process was extremely difficult. They wouldn’t give us the check in instructions until we paid city tax. We were not informed the office was near the train station to pay city tax. We found out after we got to apartment and they wouldn’t come to apt to collect it.
