• Cla (9/5): Tutto ok - Buona la posizione, lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Possibilità di parcheggio in strada gratuito non troppo lontano dalla struttura che si trova quasi in ZTL. Ci siamo dovuti preparare il divano - letto da soli però non fa niente, la struttura è piccolina quindi capisco che poteva sembrare disordinato

• Filippo Martelli (10/5): Perfetto in pieno centro. - Posizione in pieno centro comodissima, a due passi da tutto. Carino, curato e pulito. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Comunicazione con lo staff immediata e molto cortese. Ottima esperienza, consiglio assolutamente. Purtroppo non ha finestre per ricambio d'aria: una sola vetrata all'ingresso. Per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema.

• Magdalena (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja. Najważniejsze punkty historycznej Malagi na pieszo. Blisko sklep spożywczy. Do plaży 20 minut spacerkiem. Apartament bardzo czysty i wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne. W kuchni najpotrzebniejsze przybory i przyprawy. Bardzo wygodne poduszki. Brak naturalnego światła. Do apartamentu wchodzi się z patio i jedynym "oknem" jest ta część wejściowa.
• Beniamin (8/5): Ok - Central, liniste, curatenie, supermarket aproape, utilat complet. Aproape de orice, piata, retaurante, baruri, plaja 12-15 min de mers pe jos. Self Check in foarte usor Apa calda era de la boiler si se termina in 10 min, trebuia sa stai 2h sa se incalzeasca. Open space bucatarie-sufragerie-dormitor. In februarie a fost destul de frig in interior, AC ul nu functiona pe caldura. Ni s-a cerut sa ducem gunoiul la plecare dar nu ni s-au pus la dispozitie saci de gunoi. O singura fereastra, se aerisea foarte greu. Patul foarte mic 1.40.
• Iliriana (9/5): - The host was very helpful when we had an inconvenience, the location was perfect, everything was 5 min near us,, it's the ground floor. It had bars and markets and restaurants like LA Peregrina and LA salita very close. Very happy with our choice.
• eduardo juan (9/5): Paz y armonía - La onda del lugar(muy zen) y la administradora, una genia siempre tratando de solucionar y colaborar! Todo bien, quizás el baño está un poco expuesto porque está en el medio de todo, pero la onda del resto compensa cualquier cosa.

• Maria José (9/5): Apartamento ideal en Málaga. - La.ubicación, ideal para visitar la.ciudad pero en una calle tranquila. No se oye ni un ruido. El apartamento es tal como aparece en las fotos. Todo limpio, toallas de sobra. La.cocina con todo lo necesario y la persona de contacto siempre a nuestra disposición. Un sitio de 10. El sofá cómodo para dormir. Éramos 3 y estuvimos muy bien. Nada.

Koodi/avain pesä ulkopuolella todella hankala, tarvittiin ihan videopuhelu henkilökunnalta, että auki saatais, no ei osattu. Siivooja tuli apuun. Suihku hieman paineeton. Telkkari erikoisessa paikassa.

Seasonal Decor and trinkets added to the homey vibe, but meant we had to move everything out of arms reach. Intermittent mechanical sounds emanating from the building hallway disturbed our sleep.

• Anja (7/5): The apartment has a great location — close to everything — and the price is affordable. - Overall, the stay was fine considering the affordable price and awesome location, and the host was responsive and helpful. We would recommend this apartment for a short stay of 2–3 nights, but not for a longer vacation. The apartment is on the ground floor, in an inner courtyard, which makes it very quite considering the location, but also quite dark and hard to ventilate. The only window faces the back of a fish restaurant (great one, btw!), where there are outdoor air-conditioning units that sometimes make moderate noise and bring in cooking smells. It’s not terrible, but definitely not what you hope for during a vacation. The main issue we had was with flying insects that appeared inside the apartment during the last couple of days of our stay (after 2 rainy nights). They were mostly near the entrance and seemed to be coming through the gap under the front door. This was quite unpleasant, especially at night, as it disturbed our sleep and made it difficult to relax. To the owner’s credit, he responded to my email immediately and arranged for someone to come the very next day to assess the situation and take measures to fix the problem, which we really appreciated.

• Aida (3/5): Decepcionada - La ubicación Se confundieron de cajetín de llaves y cuando llegué no era mi apartamento. Tuve que pedirles la cuna del bebé a los que estaban en el apartamento que yo había pagado. Quedaron en compensarme y no lo hicieron. En general todo es de mala calidad y el termo se agua hace mucho ruido así como la cisterna.

To nasz apartament na kolejny po - Lokalizacja, kolorowy wystrój wnętrza, szybki kontakt z właścicielem, wygodne poduszki :-) obok mieszkania świetna restauracja z regionalnymi daniami rybnymi La Peregrina. Wszystko było super!

It was very noisy on the first night due to other guests next door- the dividing wall between the two apartments is very thin.

• Krzysztof (6/5): No separate bedroom, dark - Apartment was clean and tidy. Owner helpfull, agried to let us in earlier (15.00) and left later (13.00) which was convinient. Nice bathroom. Very nice localization within the city. Close to the beach (20 min easy walk) and city center (actually within the center). Few very good restaurants within 5 min walk, one just next door with. Very quiet, far from the streets. There really is no bedroom and salon, it is one space with no doors and everything happening in one part can be heard in another. Place is quite small and dark. The only window gets the view on parking for bicycles and it is a parking rather then patio. There is no table, chairs, bench anything on patio part. It cannot be used for any rest. It is apartment for a couple only and not for a long stay. Sofa is really used, and was so noisy and uncomfortable that was actually surprising. Kitchenette is very small, you can fried eggs for breakfast but it is difficult to do something bigger No bedroom and salon, one space, really dark, the worst sofa i ever slept in my entire life.

Location was great: quite close to many of the tourist attractions like the Cathedral and the Picasso Museum. The host communicated all necessary information ahead of time. Slight delay and confusion about check-in.

Had everything we needed for a short stay including a small selection of milk, tea, coffee & water. Great communication from Ana Nothing. Is open plan so fine for a couple but bear in mind if more than 2 sharing. A screen is available to separate bedroom/living room if required but no door.
• Cliff (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect for exploring the old and new town Malaga. Literally perfect for being so close but just on the outskirts so also not noisy when home. The host Ana was amazing - super polite and wanbted to ensure all was great throughout our stay..!! Perfect location and apartment and would definitely stay again..! Nothing I could complain about at all..!!

Teen daughter happy with own space in pullout kitchen bed. On ground level with 1 window so probably very cool in summer. Felt very safe and host kindly let us check out late. 12 minute walk to airport bus #A €8 return key of door bit stiff and hadn't translated the message re apartment access and kitchen bed setup details that had come in spanish. • Adriana (7/5): Good for one night ! - Location was overall very good and central. Since the flat is facing inward it was very quiet while you are just a corner away from main busy old town square. For one night it was a good stay. Bed was rather small for two people and it is very dark in the apartment , could be great for summer but it is difficult to tell the weather. They over private parking garage 10min walking more or less but only go for it if you trust your manoeuvre skills and are with a small car.

• Paola.gc (3/5): Poor - Central position, but the neigbourhood did not seem very safe. The bedroom is not a proper bedroom: it does not have a door, and it is an open space with the rest of the house, so there is no privacy. The bed in the sofa is not a bed: it is not stable at all and can not be used by two adults (I would say that it can not be used by two children too, it is too unstable). The bed sheets and the towels were dirty. The host was so kind to book us a parking lot but did not specify that we had to pay cash until the next morning, and he asked us the money via paypal, I would say that this is not professional. Also the check out instructions were not provided on time. A little advice: if you have 4 hosts, you cannot leave only 3 coffee capsules! We do not share coffee in the morning.

• Laura (8/5): Wonderful Apartment in Great Location - This property was in a great location, very clean with free parking. You must be a skilled driver to access this parking. Tricky maneuvering is required. Good communication by the host. The air conditioning didn’t cool the apartment down fully. This is a dark apartment.

• Melani (9/5): Superb - Nice and clean apartment on great location. Supermarket is 2 min and center 5 min walking distance. It is easy accessible by car. Garage is also close to the apartment. Ana is a super host! She was always on serve and from great help. The apartment is on the ground floor but it is inside of the building so it is quiet and safe from people from the street. Garage is narrow and technically unsuitable so it is not for fresh or unsafe drivers.

The host was very nice and he even managed to speak portuguese with me (my mother tong) so I could have a good experience. I will stay at this apartment again when I come back to Malaga.
