- Lisa (8/5): Gutes Hotel in Flughafennähe l - Sehr schöne Lobby und auch das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Die Nähe zum Düsseldorfer Flughafen war ideal, um einen Flug am frühen Morgen zu nehmen. Leider hatten wir nur eine kleine Ein-Personen-Bettdecke, was wir erst spät am Abend bemerkt haben, sodass wir keine Möglichkeit hatten, dies an der Rezeption anzumerken. Für die kurze Nacht vor dem frühen Flug war es kein Drama, hat aber den Schlaf gestört.

- Ulrike (8/5): - Sehr freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal, man spürt den Familien Spirit. Es liegt zwar im Gewerbegebiet, aber die Haltestelle zum Bus nach Ratingen bzw zum Flughafen Bahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch die kleine Hotelbar im EG ist gut zum Ausklang des Tages.

- Jan Max (9/5): Gerne wieder wenn man auf der Durchreise ist. - Tolles Hotel für Menschen die vom Flughafen Düsseldorf reisen. Zimmer war Sauber und das bett bequem. Der Preis für einen Parkplatz finde ich leider sehr teuer. Zudem ist in der Umgebung das Parken verboten. Da wird man zum Parken am Hotel gezwungen. Das Personal war freundlich aber nicht ganz motiviert in ihrem Job.

- Raymond (7/5): - Nvt De bedden waren heel slecht De veren van het matras kwamen bijna door het matras en was doorgezakt Bed kraakte ook erg Opvallend bij een vrij nieuw hotel Moest ook € 15,- parkeergeld betalen voor een open onbewaakt plein dat naast het hotel lag Stond nergens omschreven dat deze kosten erbij zouden komen Stond op de kamer ook een betonnen kolom naast het bed waar je een soort omheen moest lopen als je het bed aan die kant in of uit wilde. Heel raar

Frühstück OK. 15€ für einen Parkplatz wird verlangt, was das Zimmer deutlich teurer und nicht mehr attraktiv macht. Zumal wir sind nah am Flughafen und nicht in Stadtzentrum. Sämtliche andere Hotels im Umkreis haben kostenlose Parkplätze. Eine unschöne Überraschung, die nirgendwo erwähnt wird.

Wir waren eine Nacht im Hotel, als Zwischenstation vor einem Flug ab Düsseldorf. Bei der nächsten Flugreise ab Düsseldorf werden wir wieder hier übernachten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super gut.

- Frank (4/5): Kein empfehlenswertes Hotel - Patriarchalische Strukturen!!! - Eine sehr moderne Ausstattung der Lobby & Frühstücksbereich. Sehr gutes Frühstück sowie äußerst saubere Standard-Zimmer, die allerdings etwas zu klein und mit recht harten Matratzen ohne Topper ausgestattet sind. Beim Betreten des Hotels überkam uns kein wohliges Hotelfeeling. Den langbärtigen Herrn (ohne Mimik) an der Rezeption würde man definitiv einem anderen Berufsfeld als einer "Hotellerie" zuordnen. Beim Frühstück begegnete uns dann ein älterer Herr, welcher mit seinem patriarchalischen Auftreten nicht zur Verbesserung der Hotel-Atmosphäre beitragen konnte. Beim Check-out und der Abrechnung wurden wir dann derart massiv von diesem besagten Herrn (GL???) angegangen, dass für uns definitiv feststeht: NEVER AGAIN!!! In diesem eigentlich sehr schönen Hotel fehlt es an jeglicher Freundlichkeit und dies ist für den Wohlfühlfaktor eines Gastes von elementarer Bedeutung. P.S. Für die total überlastete einzige Dame im Service sprechen wir unser aufrichtiges Mitgefühl aus.

- Mario (5/5): - Es spricht leider gar nicht für ein Hotel, wenn die Angestellten bei Ankunft des Gastes am Zimmer, den Wäscheständer mit ihrer nassen Wäsche aus dem Zimmer räumen müssen. Ein frischer Anstrich und ein gelegentlicher Blick über das Angebot am Frühstücksbuffet würden dem Eindruck des Hotels auch nicht schaden.

- Klaaßen (4/5): Eine Erfahrung die wir nicht nochmal machen wollen. - Die Lage ist doch sehr dezentral. Zu fuß kann man dort nichts erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Man hört Nachts das schnarchen aus dem Nachbarzimmer. Abends ist an der Bar ein Chaos durch die ganzen Essensbestellungen da das Hotel keine eigenen Speisen anbietet. Frühstück ist durchschnittlich. Wir hatten einen Transfair zum Flughafen gebucht. Wir wollten gerne um 7 Uhr. Dann wurden wir auf 6.45 Uhr gehandelt. Um 6.30 Uhr wurde dann sehr unfreundlich Stress gemacht das wir los müssen. Dann stellte sich raus das noch ein Pärchen im Bus waren die eingentlich schon um 6.15 Uhr gefahren wollten.

Geen airport shuttle aanwezig. - Kamer comfortabel en nieuwe en hele goede ligging tov airport Ik had geboekt voor de locatie en de airport shuttle. Aangezien ik een vroege vlucht heb, wil ik liever bij airport slapen en dan comfortable gebruik maken van de airport shuttle. Bij incheck werd gemeld dat er enkel een airport shuttle om 8:00 uur was. Wat vreemd was want ik had hem nodig om 4:30. Er werd heel ingewikkeld gedaan bij de receptie. Gezegd dat er geen airport shuttle was, dat ik Uber moet checken bij vertrek. Waardoor ik heel verbaasd reageerde, want ik had toch echt gecheckt of airport shuttle werd aangeboden.Dit was de hoofdreden van mijn boeking. Uiteindelijk werd er een oplossing gezocht. Dus uiteindelijk tevreden en de hulp gewaardeerd. Maar toch verbaasd over de eerste indruk. Nu bleek voertuig stuk te zijn, maar dan had je toch direct een alternatief of oplossing geboden.
