• Barbara (7/5): Comfortable and good value for money given how expensive Interlaken is - Good location and I was the only one in the apartment which could house up to 8 guests - ie 4 rooms connected to 1 living area and 3 bathrooms. Interlaken is very touristy and expensive so this was good value for money it just wasn’t what I was expecting which may have been my fault not understanding It was an apartment in an apartment building and was quite noisy from upstairs
• Ni Putu Ayu Sattvika (10/5): Value for money with excellent staff! - Great staff, good place to stay. Complete kitchenware was well-provided! Toilet was so clean and towels were provided. Check in was easy as they will send you the details very promptly :) managed to check-in early as the room was ready! The management was so kind to help us with the Tourist Pass as well. Thank you! A little dusty near the window but nothing bothering me (I have asthma)

• Reto (2/5): Nie wieder, dieses Zimmer zu diesem Preis darf es in der Schweiz nicht geben! - Lage ist ok. Miserables Zimmer. Besonders die Schlüsselübergabe: viel zu spätes Mail. Abends mit den nötigen Infos. 18:52 ist die Mail angekommen, ich wollte aber um 17:30 Uhr mein Zimmer beziehen. Check in war ab 17 Uhr zugesichert worden! Preis ist ein Abriss!
• Mackenzie (6/5): - Location was great! Was clean and we only had to share the facilities with one other couple while we were here. Booked last minute and had to call to be let into the property. No guest card was included despite having paid the city tax.

• Marco (2/5): Reine Abzocke - Das einzig positive war, dass die Wohnung recht sauber gereinigt wurde. Obwohl das beim Anblick des Unrates im Treppenhaus nicht zu erwarten war. Bei der Buchungsbestätigung sahen wir nicht um welche Wohnung es sich handelte und welches Zimmer für uns reserviert war. Kein Code für die Schlüsselbox nichts. Dies mussten wir mühsam in Erfahrung bringen. Die Bilder auf der Plattform waren in keiner Weise repräsentativ! Der Preis war eine absolute Frechheit, Fr. 190.-- für eine Nacht und für 2 Personen. Das Zimmer war sehr karg eingerichtet. 1 Doppelbett, 1 Deckenlampe und 2 Steckdosen. Wäre schön wenn solche Anbieter nicht mehr auf Plattformen wie booking.com inserieren dürften.

• Fränki (7/5): Angenehmen und Sauber - Die Zimmer war sehr gut und Sauber. Zimmer sehr Gut beheizt. Die Bad Zimmer ist Sauber und Warm In der Zimmer hat es keine Tv und auch zu wenige Steckdosen für ein 3 Zimmer Bett. Was ich persönlich Schade finde das Niemand gut Deutsch spricht sondern alle reden Englisch.
• Orlando (8/5): We had a great and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this property. - The property is nice and comfortable. Kitchen is functional and is very useful if you are on a budget and want to cook your own food. It is clean and beds are comfortable. Towels and toiletries were provided. It is close to the bus stop and train station is walkable. We were provided with bus passes during the duration of our stay, which allowed us to travel for free within interlaken. It is close to shops and restaurants. The property looked a lot better in person than in the pictures. The property is expensive however, this is the cheapest option comparing it to other properties during that time.

• Romalie (7/5): - The place is not bad for the value of money. They cleaned the common place every day and the beds were comfortable. The sink in the other bathroom is not working properly. There's no mirror in the room. The heater works only on our first day of stay. Though during our stay it is not that cold so it was ok.

• Carolyn (8/5): Great location, good value for a group booking - The location was great for s few days stay. It had a lift and a great view. The shower did not work well.

• Marieke (5/5): Geen aanrader - De douche was schoon, warm en werkte goed. Geen prullenbak op de kamer. Geen bedlampjes maar alleen een felle plafondlamp. De buitendeur bleek op slot te zitten bij vertrek, alleen door een toevallig vertrekkende pand bewoner konden we weg. De beheerder bleek helemaal niet in de buurt te zijn om ons te kunnen helpen. Bij Brand zou dit LEVENSGEVAARLIJK zijn!!! Absoluut bizar!

• Soo Yee (7/5): Great for one night stay! - Great for a one night stay. Baggage storage was secure and safe. Lift access to apartment much appreciated with large suitcases. Apartment was clean, with good amenities and sufficient cutleries. Fan provided (essential for summer). Was a little tough looking for the place, do use the address provided on the booking app (not the address on google maps). Called the contact number for assistance and they were very helpful. Room itself was a tad tiny, but ok for one night.

• Mai (8/5): Good value and location, clean with only issue as the shared bathroom. - It is ok. It is clean, location good, about 10 minutes walk to Interlaken West; a few minutes walk to restaurants. WiFi is good but a bit of trouble logging in by QR code scanning. Shared bathroom.

• Kunal (8/5): Very good - Great location and very clean shared spaces. No fans or air conditioning for the warmer weather. It would also be nice to have a mirror in the rooms and more hooks to hand clothing in the bathrooms. Also, the soft pillows were very uncomfortable.
• Lindsay (6/5): Great access to the city of Interlaken. - We appreciated that the beds were separate and not bunk beds. We were within walking distance of everything that we wanted to explore in Interlaken. We had a difficult time finding the house and when my lost luggage was brought to me from the airport, they could not find it either. The house is missing a few things that would make it easier to stay there…like hooks for clothes, and a mirror in the room.

• Monette (8/5): A Top location,friendly Service - Location ist just a few minutes from the station. The staff are friendly and willing to satisfy our request A little bit room of improvement A night lamp for individual not to disturb other guest when needed.

• Maggie (5/5): It's okay if you just need a place to crash for the night and don't mind the noise. - The bedding was at least clean upon arrival. Soundproofing is not good, can hear a lot of noise from next door neighbours. There's only a small kitchen and one dining table for the entire apartment, which is to be shared with other people staying in the other 3 rooms (there are 4 rooms in total in the apartment), not exactly ideal if you plan to cook. We didn't have a full house when we stayed, but it was difficult enough. City tax wasn't mentioned when we first made the booking, but the owner/staff messaged us later that we needed to pay extra city tax in cash. So be aware that not all costs are upfront and transparent at the time of booking.

We appreciated the full kitchen and made use of it. Had quick responses Didn’t receive city card whilst there. Bit expensive for the two nights, room is very small but also expected for Switzerland. A mirror in the room would’ve been handy

• Pavin (1/5): Nightmare! - None . It was nightmare stay,but unfortunately ,we couldn't cancel and had no choice but to endure it. If i could give a negetive score,I would. Definitely not worth the money and mental health Nightmare!! Go away. The owner was rude,pretended to be a staff member,with non-professional manner. We stayed for 4 night,and they only offered to change towels on last night....claiming it was because we didn't ask before and when we asked him again he told that he put it somewhere and other guest may took it. One of 3 shared bathroom come with unusable shower which provide for 4 family rooms.so, all guests may have to wait for long queue. The front door look danger without lights when we get back at night.

We requested a day before the bus pass that they offered, and a towel since there was just one on the bedroom, and we never received a response from them other than “sure”.

• Lorenzo (7/5): I will come back - Close to city center and train stations. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to supermarkets. Staff is friendly and helps you with what you need. Easy self check in. A little expensive ( 240 CHF for 2 nights). Room is not big enough. You can hear the noise from the kitchen and the other rooms as well.

For me is fine since I like cold weather, but i went with my parents from Indonesia, which they are from the country with warm weather, so a bit shock to them.

• Yee (7/5): Good - Good location. Helpful staffs. There are 3 bathrooms for sharing for 4 rooms. Price is rather high for this standard & size of room. During my stay, the toilet rolls were run out and shampoo was not sufficient for use.

Excellent location, easy walk to the train station, yet quiet. I wish there had been a chair in the room. But there was a nice common area with a table and four chairs instead.

Many chinese people stay there and they cook for hours, our room was close to kitchen.The smell of food was all over the house and in our room it was too much.As we are vegan so that was very much bad experience. 4. The Room was not clean enough to checkin. No one came for cleaning. 5. The toilet seat cover was detached from the base. 6. There were long hairs in the balcony.
