• Agustín (9/5): Bastante bien. Lo mejor, la playa. - El ruído de vehículos de limpieza a temprana hora en la vía de servicio a la playa que está frente a la vivienda y el de los aviones por la cercanía del aeropuerto.
• Janine (4/5): - Grundsätzlich gute Lage und Wohnung, wenn kein Baulärm besteht. Direkt an die Wohnung gelegene Baustelle, welche bereits seit längerem besteht und auch noch andauern wird. Darüber wurden wir von dem Gastgeber leider vorher nicht informiert. Der Baulärm mittels Presslufthammer hat Werktags von morgens 8:00 bis 17:00 angedauert und die Wohnung war in dieser Zeit nicht nutzbar. Auf Anfrage beim Gastgeber mittels WhatsApp haben wir eine andere Wohnung angeboten bekommen (direkt in der Stadt und nebenan ebenfalls eine Baustelle), wenigstens einen minimalen Betrag des Mietpreises haben wir erstattet bekommen. Aber auch das nur auf mehrmaliges Anfragen. Der Urlaub war dadurch leider alles andere als erholsam und Mehrkosten sind ebenfalls entstanden (Frühstück etc. alles musste außerhalb stattfinden)
• philippe (1/5): La réactivité de l ´ agence pour nous reloger dans un endroit paisible merci encore - Les travaux à côté rendent un séjour impossible Marteaux piqueurs dès le matin et bruits continus Dommage car la location est très bien tout comme sa situation mais il faut y aller quand il n ´ y a plus de travaux à grande échelle en face
• Patricia (9/5): Apartamento bien situado y amplio - Era amplio, cómodo, limpio, con una terraza grande y bien situado. Se puede aparcar en el espacio privado del apartamento. Las camas no son muy cómodas, son duras y se notan los muelles. Hay obras enfrente que hacen mucho ruido y generan mucha tierra, ya que están en fase de excavación.
• Andrea Papetti (7/5): Villetta a schiera direttamente sulla spiaggia - posizione, di fronte allo spot di windsurf e grandezza della casa i mobili sono da ottimizzare, magari è da riorganizzare la posizione dei mobili e renderla più moderna
• Maciej (10/5): Seaview. Close to the beach and SuperDiplo (grocery store) - Very well equipped: Dishwasher (w/ capsules!!!) + washing machine (no detergent though). Basic utilities, incl. even black pepper! Good espresso machine (Krups for Nesspresso) Location - walking barefoot to the beach. Also close to SuperDiplo grocery store. Large construction site across the street. Mon-Sat from 8 am noise all day long. No key to the gate to the beach. I could go out, but coming back - on the hot asphalt steep street was very challenging (barefoot). A little stuffy the first day. Needs draft even in late May. Considering the noise form the construction site it was an issue. No A/C - maybe it is not a problem in summer. However I have been to other apartments in Medano and they were equipped with it.
