• Geraldine (9/5): Overall the apartment was beautiful, clean and modern and within walking distance to the beach. - The location of the apartment was ideal, only 10 mins from the beach. The standard was really high, very comfortable and modern. Beds were very comfy and two big balconies were great. The apartment was well stocked with equipment and kitchen utensils. It was really clean and air conditioning worked perfectly. Lots of space! Bottle of Cava also in the fridge to welcome us which was a nice touch! The furniture on the balcony off the living area was a little uncomfortable. Also we had a problem with the shower not working in the main bathroom and despite reporting the issue and being told facilities would come, nobody turned up and our host did not follow up with us to enquire if resolved. However the shower in the ensuite was big so it worked for everyone to use that. The pool had no sun loungers provided which meant we couldn't sunbathe there but it was fine as we went to the beach every day and it was great! Loungers there cost €12 each fyi.

• Louise (10/5): We had a lovely stay and would definitely go again! - The apartment is absolutely luxurious with high-end fixtures and fittings. It's very clean and equipped with all new facilities. The location is ideal - you can walk into Estepona in just 10 minutes, reach the beach in 15 minutes, and walk to Estepona harbor in 38 minutes. The kitchen is fully functional with a washing machine, there's a nice dining room table, and a comfortable sofa. Additionally, there are three nice-sized double bedrooms with ample storage space and two bathrooms. The apartment balcony had a view of a school playground, but it wasn't a problem for us since the children only played during specific times and finished by 2 pm. Additionally, after our first week, they finished for the summer. The main balcony received sunlight in the morning and late afternoon. The pool area was nice, with fake grass surrounding it. However, there were no sunbeds, umbrellas, or shade in the pool area.
• Charlotte (8/5): Great holiday with beatiful mountain view - We had a great stay in this apartment. It is brand new and the two balconies are fantastic, where you have sun in the morning and throughout the evening. Top equipment in the kitchen and a rain shower, all new. The pool is also new and it’s lovely to lie in the sun there. We were received very nicely for check-in, and the host is always available. Almost everything is within walking distance, the beach is a 15-minute walk, and the center is 5 minutes away. We had a wonderful holiday, I highly recommend it. The building was just ready, so there were some construction workers and people from the garden around to finish everything, but not annoying.
