• kenny (1/5): Very disappointing experience, Unable to stay ,No communication - A few days before our scheduled arrival, we messaged the host to confirm the details but received no response. Upon arriving at the address on October 17 , 2025., we found that the location appeared to be an apartment building and did not have a recognizable front door or hotel entrance. We waited outside for over two hours trying to contact the host without success. As we had nowhere to stay, we were forced to book a different hotel for the night. This situation caused a great deal of stress and negatively affected our weekend away. Since returning from the trip, I have been attempting to contact the host directly to arrange a refund, but I have still not received any response. I first started this refund process on October 8, 2025. I would strongly suggest not allowing bookings with this host, as they are completely unresponsive to customers. I request your assistance in processing a full refund immediately.
• Marek (1/5): - Dramatycznie zły kontakt z obsługą. Miała byś sofa dla drugiej osoby, a nie było. W połowie pobytu zostało dostarczone łóżko polowe. Był problem z piecem i ciepłą wodą. Do tej pory, mimo wielu prób, nie udało mi się uzyskać faktury za pobyt. Obsluga nie odpowiada na mój kontakt i kontakt i przez booking. Zupełnie nie adekwatna cena do jakości.
• Juergen (1/5): Der Vermieter hat mich versetzt, eine Übernachtung fand nicht statt. - Meine Anreise war für den Zeitraum zwischen 16 und 17:00 Uhr vorgesehen. Dort angekommen musste ich feststellen, dass es sich hier um ein Mehrfamilienhaus handelt, in dem offenbar ein Apartment zur Ferienwohnung Zwecken umgewandelt wurde. Der Vermieter tauchte jedoch nicht auf und war auch weder telefonisch noch via SMS zu erreichen. Auch jetzt, zwei Tage danach, kein Lebenszeichen. Ich habe dann erfolgreich Weise noch indirekter Nachbarschaft ein Zimmer bekommen können und somit meinen geschäftlichen Termin um 18:00 Uhr geduscht erreichen können. Mein Fazit für das Apartment: entweder hat der Vermieter den Termin irgendwie verschwitzt, oder es gibt gar keine Vermietung in dem Haus.
• Gundert (6/5): - Wir hatten kein warmes Wasser und konnten somit nicht duschen gehen.
