Subject: Request for Refund or Compensation for Unacceptable Stay in Cyprus
Dear Booking.com Customer Service,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay in Cyprus, which I booked through your platform. The experience was extremely disappointing due to a number of significant issues, and I would like to request a refund or compensation for the following reasons:
1. The air conditioner in the living room was not functioning for the entirety of the stay, which caused considerable discomfort.
2. We were provided with only one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay, which was insufficient.
3. There was flooding in the bathroom that made it difficult to use the facilities properly.
4. The blankets provided were dirty, and the pillows did not have pillowcases.
5. Although I requested that these issues be addressed, except for the flooding which was resolved, none of the other issues were attended to. Furthermore, the service provided was extremely poor. I was scheduled to meet a professional to address the flooding at a specific time, but they arrived an hour and a half late.
6. I had to pay for a taxi to return to the apartment specifically to meet the professional, and then another taxi to return to my previous commitments after waiting.
Considering the numerous issues with the property and the poor service, I believe a refund or compensation is appropriate. I kindly ask for your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Easy to check-in, Owners reply fast on queries.
Extremely comfortable bed.
Photos are real. Highly recommend. I would stay again. 🙂 There’s a construction near so it was very noisy. But this is not something that depends on owners. (Please change kettle 🙂)
