• Jakub (5/5): Zepsute łóżko w salonie, wąska i ciasna winda dla samochodów do garażu - lokalizacja Zepsute łóżko w salonie - nie dało się spać na tym. Światło na suficie pomimo że wyłączone to świeciło nieznacznie tak jakby na ~5%, zupełnie niepotrzebnie, bo przeszkadzało to w spaniu. Śmieci pod łóżkiem, kurz. Winda raz działała, a raz nie działała. Wybraliśmy ten obiekt bo miał być parking/garaż i faktycznie jest, ale wjazd do niego przez baaardzo wąską windę. Na szerokość auto weszło dosłownie na grubość lakieru. Nigdy wcześniej nie widziałem tak trudnego wjazdu do garażu! Sam wjazd do garażu zajął nam co najmniej 30 minut. Na szczęście nie mieliśmy dużego auta, raczej średni segment. Normalne auto typu sedan minimalne szanse że wjedzie do windy, uliczka jest bardzo wąska i wysokie krawężniki. Uważam, że należy to wyraźnie zaznaczyć w ofercie booking tego obiektu. Woda z kranu często leciała tylko zimna. Kuchnia mogłaby być lepiej wyposażona. Ogólnie mało funkcjonalne mieszkanie, ale na kilka dni dało się przeżyć.

I asked for a parking spot that was included in the booking ad and found that the parking spot is in an extremely tight garage that needs to be entered by car elevator. When I saw where the parking spot was, I concluded that it is impossible to enter the elevator when exiting if another car is parked in front of the elevator (a regular parking place). This situation led to extra expenses of approximately 150 EUR during my stay in Malaga.

• Lenka (7/5): Würden nicht wieder buchen - Die Lage war sehr gut. Ausstattung war gut. Parkplatz. Kommunikation mit dem Host. Es war bekannt, dass wir blmit Kindern kommen. Die Couch war nicht vorbereitet und kurz vor dem Ende (auch keine bezogenes Bettzeug). Parkplatz mit Lift zu erreichen und sehr eng, also nur wirklich für kleine Fahrzeuge. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passte gar nicht zusammen.

• SzymonSz. (7/5): - Doskonała lokalizacja, w kilka minut jesteś w centrum życia Malagi. Apartament był czysty, przykry zapach w łazience był rur i być może to taki ich urok. Dobry kontakt z agencja która to ogarnia - (pro tip- zelazna brama do klatki mimo że otwiera się na zewnątrz - to pierwszy ruch musisz zrobić do wewnątrz (cos tam sie odblokowuje) a następnie juz normalnie pociągnąć na zewnątrz... My w środku nocy dzwoniliśmy do agencji która tym zarządza bo nie mogliśmy otworzyć. Do ogarnięcia jak juz wiesz o co chodzi :) Apartament z mega potencjałem ale oddany do opieki przez firmę i to jest widoczne.. 3 rolki papieru toaletowego na 4 osoby na 4 dni ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, 0 (zero) kapsułek, ale te jak kupiliśmy kapsułki Nestle Dolce Gusto- nie pasuą ( mam wrażenie, że coś tam jest zepsute) rozkładane łóżko w salonie zapada się - na pewno do naprawy patelnia z 50% brakiem teflonu, zjedzony przez poprzednich gości oczywiście brak soli, pieprzu, cukru, herbaty, kawy - ale to moze to norma nie ma z zmywarki, ale też nie ma okapu do naczyn, nie ma ścierki w kuchni..... taki apartament bardzo ładnie wyglądający na zdjęciach, ale kuchnia nie jest przygotowana do gotowania Garaż - co prawda otrzymałem informacje że seat ibiza się zmieści do windy (z ulicy trzeba wjechać do windy) = ale mimo mojego 25 letniego doświadczenia nie dalem rady zmiescic się do widny. Jest to winda takiej szerokosci ze oprocz tego ze musisz wjechac pod katem z bardzo waskiej ulicy to dodatkowo musisz złożonycc lusterka :) Mieszkancy tej kamienicy nie wjezdzaja tam na codzien (nie widzialem nikogo kto wyjezdza / wjezdza), wiec jak nie chcesz zarysować samochodu poszukaj miejsca na ulicy. W Polsce taki apartament absolutnie nie otrzyma oceny powyżej 6-7. Ale lokalizacja pozwala mu wiele wybaczyć :)

• Teodora (10/5): Wonderful apartment - Nice location, wonderful apartment with everything you need for a long stay. Responsive hosts, always available if I had any questions.
• Karim (5/5): - L'emplacement et la climatisation. Bonjour, Je tiens à vous informer que le parking était un véritable problème lors de notre séjour. La porte d’entrée du garage est impraticable pour les voitures, ce qui n’était absolument pas indiqué dans l’annonce, tout comme l’absence de précision concernant le poids maximum de l’ascenseur du parking. Nous avons donc été contraints de chercher un parking extérieur, situé à distance, au prix de 30 € par nuit pendant 5 nuits, soit un coût supplémentaire imprévu et non négligeable, malgré nos multiples réclamations restées sans suite. Par ailleurs, le logement présentait plusieurs désagréments : le canapé est totalement inconfortable et dégage une odeur insupportable, les serviettes fournies étaient usées, déchirées et en très mauvais état. Ces éléments ont fortement impacté la qualité de notre séjour, ce qui est regrettable au regard des attentes créées par l’annonce.
• Younes (10/5): Excellent sejour en famille - L’appartement est exactement comme sur les photos, tres propre et confortable. Il se situe à 10/15min de marche de la plaza de constitution! Pleins de supermarchés autour … l’assenceur du parking est un peu etroit mais un parking public est à 300m (las delicias) et il suffit de dire que vous louez avec l’agence wintowin pour obtenir un tres bon prix (30€ pour le weekend). Les agents sont tres à l’écoute et réactifs, merci à eux de nous avoir rendu le séjour agréable. le checkin un peu plutôt pour laisser les valises et se mettre à l’abri du soleil, mais en voiture ça ne pose pas de prob.

• Algimanta (6/5): Great location and responsive staff, but cleanliness and comfort were lacking. - Location. The staff was helpful and responsive. The apartment was not very clean - dust was floating in the air, and walking barefoot didn't feel comfortable. There was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom throughout our stay, and even the air freshener provided by the staff didn’t help. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and family members were afraid to move while sleeping. The towels had clearly been used for a long time - they were washed and smelled fresh but had lost their whiteness, and one even had holes. The kitchen lacked even the most basic essentials like salt, sugar, or tea.
• Ernestas (7/5): Good location and great value for money, but has a few quirks - Good location and great value for money! 1. The parking elevator is really, really small. Even if the car is smaller than the elevator dimensions, don't even try if it's not an A-segment car. 2. Some facilities need fixing - the shower head holder doesn't hold properly, and the kitchen stove is cracked. 3. The sofa bed isn't very comfy - it was ok for small children, but I wouldn't sleep on it as an adult.

• Nicole (8/5): Very good - Very cozy well equipped appartement, just like on the pictures. Furniture seemed to be very new, everything was clean, comfy bed; perfect if you stay for about a week and have a lot of travel destinations in Spain/Andalusia, good price and very friendly and supportive host -The parking/elevator to the garage was small, make sure to rent a small car (we had a ford puma and it was possible but very very hard to park, everything bigger than than won‘t work probably)!! -oven did not work (short circuit about 2 min after turning it on, even if no other electronical devices are turned on at the same time), - tap water (shower etc.) takes long to get warm (esp. in peak times like morning/evening)
