Would definitely stay again. - I usually stay in hotels when away with work but for the 3 nights I needes, for some reason the hotels were very expensive so I decided to go for a self catering apartment. Glad I did. Location was super convenient, within very close proximity to bars, restaurants and shops. Balcony and lounge window has a lovely view of the cathedral and water feature in the square. Very close to the bus station (I didn't need that but it could be useful for some). Apartment is well equipped, wifi was great, smart TV easy to use. Very clean and tastefully decorated and furnished. Bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. I was a little concerned initially about collecting the keys, entry to the car park (which is very secure) but to be fair, it was all easy and smooth. Would definitely stay again. Could do with some more utensils in the kitchen. It wasn't ill equipped, but when cooking for myself I could have done with some wooden spoons etc (I never like using metal spoons or utensils with sausepans etc). The oven is pretty complicated. Good job there were instructions left in the apartment. Even so, it still took me ages to work out that I needed to set the timer before the oven will switch on. I was going to grate some cheese, but really didn't like the look of the grater! Due to the location there can be a strong smell of food from the restaurants downstairs but the smell wasn't wholly unpleasant. Could get noisy with people walking through the square at pub kicking out time and the apartment building itself was a little rough around the edges but that's not the fault of the owners of this apartment.
• Carrie (9/5): Perfect apartment for exploring the city - Lots of communication with Ana prior to check in and given clear instructions how to do so. Perfect location for exploring the city. Secure parking was great but also only a short walk to Pool Meadow bus station when we wanted to go to Leicester for the day. Apartment very well equipped especially the kitchen. Walking distance to Arco an Italian restaurant where we had a superb meal There was some outside noise on one of the evenings as others have commented on but it stopped at 12.30am. It was a hot few days and so the windows were open but the noise really wasn’t a problem for us. Could see why it would be for others though.

• Lee (9/5): Karen and Lee Australia - Location is great. Well equipped, very clean and welcoming, warm and cosy. We returned home to Coventry from Western Australia to celebrate Christmas and New Year in the winter, and we were very happy with our 2 week stay.. Hosts Ana and Geoff were super helpful and accommodating. We have booked another 2 nights in mid January before flying back to Australia. Highly recommend. Good value for money. Litter and discarded takeaway food boxes outside the entrance into the main building could possibly put people off. This is no reflection on the apartment or the hosts but it could potentially give a less than favourable first impression

• Nazia (9/5): Superb - I loved the whole apartment the view and location was just perfect the apartment was very spacious and cosy i would definitely book again They only thing is that the beds were not comfortable as i think they were joined from the middle due to that the middle felt like there was metel pole underneath it was very uncomfortable and the pressure of the shower was low

The car parking is too complicated， i prefer to stay in hotel. The first time to stay in the apartment, normally stay in hotel. 3. the kettle is too dirty ，i need to buy white vinegar to clean otherwise unable to drink. 4. Pillows should be changed , too flat and old.

• Arnab (8/5): I liked it. - Excellent location, excellent quality of accommodation. Key collection and deposit process, too confusing. A simple text would have been easier than downloading a video since network was little patchy at the location and I have not receives the video download link beforehand.
• Maron6168 (9/5): Excellent location, views and exceptionally clean. - Central location, good views and very comfortable. We particular enjoyed the balcony and the kitchen facilities. Very comfortable and the hosts gave clear instructions with good parking facilities too. The shower was very slow. The hallway very dark and needed lights on and if being pedantic, there could have been a tv in the bedrooms but really not essential. There were three of us but only two chairs on the balcony but we did use one of the dining chairs

The hosts have put together all the necessary information so well that it helps a lot in quickly settling in and feels right at home from day one. • Alison (10/5): Perfect bolthole with great location - Apartment is beautifully furnished, well equipped and with a great view. Walking distance even for an 80 year old to cathedral, town and guildhall. Free parking Just perfect. Hosts very contactable and helpful. Coventry was also a revelation, so much history and you're in the midst of it here Things out of the host's control:. I personally found the initial entrance and parking quite stressful after a long hot drive but to be fair I am a bit like that anyway and hosts have gone the extra mile to help with that and were fully contactable . Apartment was very hot but again so was weather- and a fan was provided. Loved our stay, would definitely stay again.

Perfect location in the heart of the city and right next to Coventry university. Ana and the team are very professionals, kind, friendly and helpful. • Melissa (9/5): Fantastic Flat and Service - Private parking in an enclosed, CCTV car park. CCTV throughout the main building. Flat is beautifully decorated. Situated in the heart of the city centre. Lots of restaurants and bars, things to do and sites to see on the doorstep. 10-15min walk to the train station in well lit areas and the bus station across the road. Shops just round the corner. Hosts are exceptional and very friendly. Property guide very easy to follow with clear instructions.

• Symon (8/5): Lovely city centre apartment - Lovely apartment, well furnished. Choice of two bathrooms, outdoor terrace. Comfy bed. Very nice stay. Would stay again. Had everything we needed. Key box and main entrance don’t make a great first impression (loading bay, car park shutter, grotty, darkly lit steps up to pedestrian entrance) but once inside it is lovely. Heating was great when we arrived but got a bit cold overnight (suspect it was on a timer) and gave up trying to figure it out, it didn’t seem particularly obvious how to use it. Could have used a little set of instructions next to it. We wrapped a blanket around us on the sofa and it was fine. Would happily stay again, nothing major.

Plenty of Asian food surrounding and Sainsbury is just 30m away. Very clean and well equip apartment. Size is good for a family of 4. If you are in Coventry look no where else for a value for money accommodation None

There were basic items to use in the kitchen e.g. salt, pepper, teabags, washing up liquid which were extremely useful. The location was brilliant right by shops, restaurants and a Wetherspoons pub. Communications & information with regard to the accommodation were excellent. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area. Nothing really. Maybe a little noisy outside in the evening but not excessively so. Earplugs were in the bedside drawer.

• Jyoti (9/5): Lovely apartment in fab location! - Great location near historic centre, shops and restaurants, bars and cafes. Beautiful decor! Loved the velvet sofa and chairs. The double bed in the smaller bedroom was two singles joined and there was a very hard middle line, so not able to sleep in the middle of the bed. The two mattresses on that bed have sagged so a little investment in a great new bed is necessary.

It is very well kept and the electrical applicances are very new and clean. The design is also very modern and the lamp in the bedroom is turned on by hand. THere are noises downstairs at midnight

• Dr (2/5): Awful experience! - Bin had not been emptied for our arrival. Beds were uncomfortable Floorboards were noisy Toilet did not flush effectively. Noise levels outside the apartment were dreadful, shouting and drug dealing going on up until the early hours, then again from 04:00
• Ellie (10/5): Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment in a good location. - The apartment was a great size and really well located for the bus to the Coventry Building Society Arena. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates/glasses/mugs etc. The check in was simple and the free included parking was excellent.
• Nick (8/5): Nice apartment - V spacious and clean. great view of the big church. Convenient for the cathedral. Well appointed with a clean and comfy bed Common parts pretty grimy, inc the car park. Immediate area outside not well lit and noisy until late into the night. Had to shut the window.

I didn't find the sofa very comfortable (I have a bad back).. We found it difficult to regulate the temperature of the over the bath shower.
