• Christina (10/5): Great stay for visiting our daughter at uni - Perfect location if you're visiting a student living in Burley. Easy to park (free) either outside or across the road. A Londis and Tesco are close by and although it's on a main road there wasn't any noise so we slept well, and we stayed on a Friday night. The studio is cosy but spacious for two people, cute decor and a very comfortable bed. The en suite had soap etc and the kitchen was well equipped for the essentials (tea/coffee/milk). The landlord was super friendly and happened to be working on the studio next door when we arrived, happy to help and gave us an air fan to help be more comfortable in this warmer weather. This was our second stay and looking forward to staying again in June. Thank you! Although not a problem for us, anyone with mobility issues might find the stairs difficult as they are steep.

• Colin (8/5): Inside the property was lovely, it would be great if you could move it to a quieter setting - Location was ok but the inside of the property was very well appointed and exceeded my expectations. It was very nice indeed. Parking was a challenge initially, as there is a very limited number of parking space in the area indicated. However, there was space to park across the road in close proximity to the apartment. There wasn't clear instruction as to which room I was staying in and there were very steep stairs that need to be climbed to access the apartment, which would be problematic for some clients. Also the delay on the light on the stiars was too short and would switch off before you could get the key out of your pocket!! The road noise was loud and constant (all through the night) and it was quite chilly in the apartment due to need to keep the windows open for ventilation

• Heidi (10/5): Exceptional - It was indeed only 10 minutes walking to the Brudenell, a few minutes from the train station and I'm a slow walker. Getting in was easy. Landlord very helpful.
