Nightlife was a little quite at times no bars open after midnight although they have a nightclub 3 nights a week.

The architecture and overall concept of the hotel are unique and enjoyable. I would also like to thank Mr. Mohamed Abdel ghany from the reception team and Mr. Mina, the reception supervisor, for their professionalism, kindness, and efforts to improve our stay. The room quality and furniture were below the level expected from a five-star resort. The first room we received was very basic and far away, and even after changing the room, the furniture still felt old and outdated. The sea view of every room, the facilities & the variety in everything, its very hard to get bored in this resort. It also has the best of both worlds in terms of its location, the calmness of sahl hasheesh, yet not do far from the city center. The resort is HUGE, a lot of stairs & a lot of ramps. It’s a little bit uncomfortable to walk between places a lot especially in the sun. They do have shuttle buses and golf cars though.

Zaten plajların büyük bir kısmında yüzülmüyor. Bir tane orta alan var etrafı taşlarla çevrili deniz suyu olan orası güzel. Yemekler çok lezzetli bunda hiçbir sorun yok ama çeşit her şey dahil bir otele göre yetersiz. Alacart italyan restoranıda pek iyi değil. Kesinlikle aç kalmazsınız ama o her şey dahil konseptinde gözünüzü doyurmayabilir. Odalar kesinlikle modern ve şık değil. Çok eski bir mimarisi var odaların.

- Abdelrahman (4/5): Outdated hotel, Doesn’t worth the money compared to other hotels - Night life was good, infinity pool, the marina looked so good, a different view from other hotels. The architecture of the place is unique. The reception is terrible it was so hard communicating with them before going there,, my brother reservation got paid on their website and on bank account and at the reception they kept saying it’s not for 3 days. The staff serving things on the beach are so slow, the snacks are so bad, no fresh juices at all, the food didn’t worth the money, I even found hair in food. In general it doesn’t worth the money compared like Jas elite for example.

- Maged Adel (9/5): Still One of Our Favorite Resorts, Despite Some Noticeable Changes - Exceptional Location & Design: The landscape, architecture, and the variety of lagoons and pools remain world-class and absolutely breathtaking. Entertainment & Animation: The animation team has stepped up significantly since our last visit. The daytime activities are engaging, and the night shows are truly exceptional Staff Hospitality: The staff overall were extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Everyone always tried to make sure guests were comfortable and had everything they needed before even asking. Cleanliness: The rooms are consistently well-maintained and the atmosphere of the resort remains one of its strongest qualities. The gym: The gym is kept in pristine condition and perfectly suitable for just "vacation workouts" , though it could benefit from more equipment variety to better match the premium level of the rest of the resort, however coach Mahmoud is always taking steps to improve the level and quality of the gym. Management Responsiveness: A standout highlight was the professionalism of Mr. Mina and Mr. Mohamed Al Maghraby. They personally addressed our concerns, listened intently, and took the feedback very seriously. The difference was noticeable immediately from the following day and throughout the rest of the stay. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care for guest experience deserve recognition Service Recovery: The management went above and beyond to rectify issues, providing a complimentary dinner at Golden Buddha and a free spa treatment, which further improved our experience. Operational consistency: While the experience was still very enjoyable overall, this stay felt slightly different from our previous visits. It was difficult to pinpoint exactly why, but there was a subtle sense of cost-reduction measures compared to earlier years. Small operational details and consistency levels felt slightly less refined than before. Maintenance of Pool Areas: We noticed a slight decline in pool upkeep compared to previous stays; there were visible leaves and debris, suggesting they are being cleaned less frequently than the "multiple times a day" standard we previously enjoyed. It was immediately rectified by management though and back to the same frequency and cleanliness we are used to. Staff Consistency & Demeanor: We raised a concern early during our stay regarding a few chefs appearing visibly upset or occasionally unfriendly with some guests, specifically, some of the newer kitchen staff, lacking the polished hospitality of the long-term staff. In the luxury hospitality sector, high turnover in upper management, specifically General Managers and Reception Directors, often triggers a 'knowledge debt' and a drop in team morale that trickles down to the guest experience. Business data consistently shows that leadership continuity is the primary driver of service consistency. This often leads to a visible shift toward aggressive cost optimization at the expense of those small, recurring details In a resort environment, you aren't just selling a room, you are selling a culture of familiarity.

- elodie (5/5): Moyen - J’ai aimé les différentes piscines ainsi que l’hospitalité du personnel de chambre, notamment la responsable du nettoyage et le maître-nageur. Ce que je n’ai vraiment pas apprécié, c’est l’attitude de certains serveurs. J’ai eu le sentiment qu’ils ne traitaient pas tous les clients de manière équitable, et je ne trouve pas cela acceptable dans un hôtel cinq étoiles. J’aurais aimé un service plus professionnel et identique pour tous, sans favoritisme. Je n’ai pas non plus apprécié le fait que l’hôtel ne soit pas réservé aux adultes, tout en étant peu pratique pour les familles avec enfants. Il y avait énormément d’escaliers et, avec une poussette, cela rendait les déplacements très compliqués tout au long du séjour. Enfin, ayant déjà séjourné dans d’autres hôtels du groupe pickalbatros, je trouve que celui-ci n’était pas vraiment à la hauteur en termes de standing et d’expérience globale.
