• Kristmundur Roman (10/5): Wonderful! Thank you! - Very good apartment. We stayed in room number 10. Easy checkin. You can arrive anytime, we came close to 11 pm at night. 24 hrs desk. Good wifi. Paradisical park Paloma nearby with parrots singing. Price in January was very good too. Free parking right in front. Thank you for your hospitality! Overall I recommend for long term stay.

En frente hay una vinoteca de las que se puede disfrutar de un ambiente estupendo acompañado de un buen vino y el personal es encantador. El apartamento estaba para su precio dentro de lo que cabe bien, le falta un poquito de limpieza y lo peor fue que por las noches salían cucharachitas pequeñas.

• David (8/5): Very clean and fresh smelling, comfy bed, great shower bit of noise - Reception process very easy showed conformation email to reception and got keys , this was around 10 pm . Well equipped studio flat, very clean and welcoming in appearance Good storage, great shower Bed comfortable Linen and towels clean and fresh smelling Studio to give you an image was like a small ikea display, quite happy with it For your own benefit please see the following points, these are not complaints just points for your information Apartment is about 1.3 miles from marina Property is up fairly steep hill This is a large complex of 4 tower blocks approximately 800 units seems to be a mix of long and short stays There is a fair bit of ambient noise at all times, not great sound insulation so you will here next door moving about shower running etc Great chippy across road Nice sports bar across road Up hill on your right more bars and some small restaurants On leaving apartment walking down hill at bottom of street straight across is large park, their is a great small cafe in here for coffee, beer stop. Final note we flew in to Malaga and got the train , got of at benalmedina stop and about a 20 min walk, using Google maps, fairly easy to find No complaints definitely great value and very clean, I have put some information in my review regarding my overall thoughts but none of these are complaints just my thoughts to help others make a decision

• Vit (4/5): Disappointing - Good location and superb view that includes mountains, garden and pool. Easy parking. The aparment is spacious and very clean. Troubles with hot water – upon arrival the boiler was switched off including the fuse. Difficult to find the reason and fox the problem. AC (i. e. heating in January) was erratic: sometimes functioning, sometimes not. There was a short blackout one day after which everything had to be readjusted.

• Patrick (7/5): Good - Lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Large supermarket within 5 minutes walk of apartment. Lock on balcony door broken, could not lock. It would be useful for owner to provide instructions on how to use cooker. Nightly invasion of small cockroaches in kitchen, bathroom and cupboard of washing machine. (no pesticides provided).

The facilities in the room is bad ie the bed is broken and fixed with tap, the quality of the bed is cheap not comfortable.. the air conditioning is leaking inside the room I reported it no one come to fix it.. the main swimming pool is not available only the small swimming pool not what it says in the description..
