• Antje (8/5): Für 2 Personen eine angenehme und gemütliche Stube. - Ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung, schöner Außenbereich, freundlicher Vermieter, der bei Bedarf schnell erreichbar war. Die Stadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Betten waren uns zu weich. Der Wohnbereich ist klein und für 2 Personen gemütlich, für mehr Menschen eher fraglich. Der Schlafbereich riecht durch das alte Mobilar muffig. Wir hätten gern das schwedische TV Programm gesehen, sind aber mit der Bedienung nicht zurechtgekommen.
• Pia (10/5): We enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a getaway. Marcus was a good host. - The king size bed and view from the bedroom. A place to suntan in private. Patio area to relax in. Close to town and historic area of the river. A hand rail on the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms.

• Amanda (10/5): Flott sted! - Fint og rolig område. Rent og pent. Komfortable senger.. Smidig innsjekk og utsjekk. Gode bussforbindelser til Gøteborg. Det var ikke opplyst at de to soverommene som er beskrevet i annonsen kun er skilt med forheng og ikke egne dører. Gikk bra for oss, men hadde satt pris på at det var informert om.

• Krister (8/5): Good kitchen - Recently renovated and very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Nice house in a quite neighbourhood of older houses. Welcoming and nice host that was easy to communicate with. The washing machine had a dryer feature that was very handy after a extremely rainy day. The two single beds were situated in a passage from the main bedroom to the stairs/toilet. And the main bedroom and the single beds were separated only by a curtain. Not much privacy between these spaces. I imagine this works great for a famility but might be sensitive in case you not know each other very well in your group. Also, the single beds lacked bed side lamps. There is a low passage in the stairs where you easily hit your head on the way down if you are a bit longer person. Between the small "living area" and the small "dining area" there a strange bumb by the floor/wall where you easily can hit your toe. For us, these were smaller problems. On the whole we enjoyed the stay!
• James (7/5): Nice apartment in a handy location. Quite expensive though. - Convenient location with pleasant surrounds. Nice spacious bathroom. Renovated kitchen. More expensive than other properties that we stayed at - without offering anything warranting the uplift. Bedding and towels were extra cost. The "two" bedrooms were separated by a curtain. We expected something with better soundproofing.
• Russell (9/5): The location is great, and the apartment has most of the amenities one needs. - The location is almost perfect. Situated in Kungalv with easy access to shopping, great views, small town atmosphere and Gothenburg is only 20 minutes away. The apartment is clean, and it is obvious the owners place a lot of time and effort into maintaining and equipping it with everything needed. Parking, water pressure, hot water supply, appliances and overall supplies are good. The master bathroom upstairs has plenty of space for two people to use at once and was very clean. There is plenty of shelf space and closet hangers. Lighting is everywhere and very modern, plus there are plenty of electrical outlets There is only one TV, and it is downstairs. The upstairs master bedroom could definitely use one. Did not have a microwave as advertised. Coffee maker is defective and needs replaced. The linen and towel cost are a bit expensive, and they were mismatched and did not smell freshly washed. The washer and dryer are one unit and lack English instructions on how to use. When traveling, many times one just needs to fluff up some clothes in the dryer. The stairs from upstairs to downstairs are a bit tricky and I hit my head at least 5 times on the top stair overhang. Even the main bed has the typical Swedish rollout mattresses, but they weren't too bad comfort wise. The upstairs bathroom could use a longer shower head hose and the front door entrance lacks privacy if one just wanted to run to the kitchen from upstairs with hardly any clothes on. Most of these issues are minor, however, and meant more to inform the owners. Would definitely stay here again.
