• Iris (10/5): Everything was perfect - It was clean and the heating and hot water worked perfectly. The host responded quickly and was always helpful, even let us stay parked with the car a couple of hours more after the check out.

• Vaidotas (1/5): bad apartment - There is no hot water in the shower, the gas heater does not work, there is no WiFi, the TV is broken, the furniture is washed. After arriving at the place with a taxi, the owner indicated another place by phone. We got the wrong apartment that was specified in the booking. I got the keys after 4 pm
• Aneta (2/5): The worst experience I have ever had with an apartment. - I liked that it was close to the bus station. Also the apartment was quite big. When I arrived, I called the host because he wasn't answering my messages. I called him approximately 7 times, and he didn't pick up. So I had to contact the booking customer service, where they told me that they could not get hold of him either and told me to wait for 30 minutes for him to call. Mind you, it was -3°C outside, and I was very cold. After waiting for overall 50 minutes, the owner finally called and told me that he's going to send me the apartment number and code for me to pick up the keys. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for him to send the information via SMS. When I finally got into the apartment, I was expecting a clean, warm apartment. But that was not the case. The apartment was not clean, except for the towels and bed. The floor wasn't vacuumed, there was leftover debris from renovation, and the heater in the apartment was set to 5°C, so I did not get warmed up at all. I wanted to cook myself some soupto warm myself up, but surprise surprise, the pots weren't working on the stove. So mo soup for me. I also had to turn on the water heater because otherwise, there would be no warm water. The shower was also in the middle of reconstruction, which was not mentioned in the description of the apartment. It took approximately 3 hours for the apartment to warm up. Luckily, I decided to leave and go to a cafe to drink some tea, and when I returned, the apartment was moderately warm. The host refused to answer my text in English, so being fed up, I used the translator to communicate and lo behold, he answered in 5 minutes. I don't recommend this apartment whatsoever, save yourself some money and sanity, and find a different one for your stay in Vienna.

• Agnieszka (4/5): Disappointing - The location was good, close to the main station. The room was quite big, bigger than I expected. I could have been cleaner. The walls and windows need renovation. The room lacked some equipment -it would be nice to have a night table or a hanger in the bathroom as there is no place to put your clothes while you take a shower.

• Marksarkozi (7/5): Worth the money, but could be better - It was very close to Hauptbahnhof Wien. The place was recently refurbished from the inside, the bathroom looked relatively nice. The automated message stating our room number was incorrect, so we ended up trying to enter the wrong apartment, and a group of people appeared at our door questioning what we were doing. It was very awkward, and turned out it was not our apartment. I tried calling the number given, which was then answered after the 7th trial.... Turned out that the wrong apartment number was given, so we had to stand outside for more than half an hour at night. The owner managed to tell us the right apartment number, so we could enter the apartment in the end. There was no lamp in the kitchen area at all. Qe had to use the lamp above the stove to be able to see at night. The handles from the doors were constantly coming off.

• Samir (6/5): Pleasant - Private on-site car parking (was free of cost). The bed was too small for two persons (selected option was double bed) and only one blanket was provided that also wasn’t enough even for one person.

• Wiyu (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very friendly. The living room, the bed room and the toilet were huge, brand new and very clean. The apartment doesn't have wardrobe and doesn't have a table to put the luggage on.

We booked this place through Booking. Com In the imagination of a correct apartment with the necessary things in the apartment and beside that a clean ambience and without broken or missing items necessary for the days to stay in the apartment. At arrival we could easily find the key in the key box of an ordinary apartment building. So no apart hotel. Now the complains: What makes this apartment impossible to continue for rent is the lack of maintenance and basic infrastructure. After entering the apartment we quickly discovered things broken and lots of basic things missing foi rental of the three room apartment. We quickly discovered that a série of items were missing. Internet wasn’t function at all. After complaining with the administration of the apartment, the internet started functioning the second day of our stay. The internet is very very slow and impossible to do my work online. During the whole stay the internet was very unstable and many times disappeared. ——— Shower cabin with Glassdoor missing the whole bathroom gets wet. Toilet paper without proper suporte on the wall. No hooks to put a towel or clothes. Toilet seat needed to be fixed. Was fixed by us. Door handle small bedroom, needed to be fixed too. Was done as well. Floor in front of the bathroom is higher and will break in a some months by lack of maintenance. ——— The basic things to make the meals in the kitchen was simply impossible by the lack of a number of items necessary to prepare a meal. We had no other way. We could not prepare our food and were obliged to seek for other solutions. What is missing: ——— Kitchen: Pots and pans, kitchen utensils, knives, spoons, boards. Tea and coffee cups and small spoons. Bier and Wine glasses. Coffee machine Toaster Spoons, knives and forks.
• Dt (6/5): Pleasant - We like the ambiance, it's clean tho when we came, some of the bedsheets are still wet. Good view,we have a small living room and 2 beds that are super comfy. The room is big and peaceful. Cheap price for the weekend. Incomplete. No cabinets, no electric fan/Aircon. We're lucky it's cold at night, but during the day it's super hot. No coffee mugs, no mirror in the bedroom. No blower for hair.

• Angus (4/5): Disappointing - The location was alright geographically. The room was reasonably clean. Getting in was reasonably easy, though trying to contact the landlord was almost impossible. There was no hot water whatsoever. It claimed to be an equiped apartment and it certianly had a kitchen. However, it didn't have any pots or pans. I tried calling the manager and received no reply. Lastly, I needed an invoice for my stay for expenses, and tried emailing 3 times, all with no response. Also it is unbelieveably loud, even if you shut the window.

It seems that it was newly renovated apartment not fully furnished at the the time of my stay. It is likely that all these problems have been fixed by now.
