Two car can be parked in front of the house. If you have a visitor with additional car or you have more than one cars pls ensure all other cars are parked on the Main Street without blocking or infringing in other neighbors property

No welcome package - not even a pint of milk ! Ensuite bathroom tired and not very clean Matresses in non master suite very thin and uncomfortable

- Kirstie (1/5): Avoid this property needs removing host horrendous - Nothing this should not be allowed on booking.com It smelt of dogs and was filthy the back garden was covered in rubbish that had been there weeks
- Shelley (3/5): Could have lots of potential. - Amazing location for the Etihad stadium & Co op live. Super easy to locate and gain access to the property, spacious. It’s heavy advertised for the use of the hottub, but turns out you’ve got to request to use, then pay an additional fee, then when enquiring/reminding them several times, for it to get cancelled, the day before, after contacting them yet again. Which may of been true, but I think they had no intentions of allowing us to use it. No handwash, lack of lighting/lightbulbs, no mirrors in en-suites, not enough towels, top floor shower panel broken, beds not made properly or ironed sheets. If you’re looking for somewhere to just simply sleep, then this is your place. If you want somewhere clean, to entertain, cook, abit of luxury, relax, stay for multiple days. Then I’d advise to look elsewhere.

We also booked this because it had a hot tub and it never stated that the hot tub was out of action which was which was rather disappointing. There was a cover of the bottom of the shower in the upstairs bedroom just laid across the floor.

Wifi top. 1 seule casserole, pas de quoi sécher les vêtements, ménage approximatif, jardin non entretenu. Pas de produit lave vaisselle. Pas de torchon. Ustensiles de piètre qualité. Ça va pour une nuit, parfait notamment pour profiter du stade ou de la Co-op Live, mais pour une semaine à 4 c'est compliqué.

- Julie (6/5): Pleasant - Clean and comfortable place to stay. Very close walking distance to Ethiad & Coop Live which was perfect for us. Also it was very pleasant overlooking the park. Parking right next to the property was also a big bonus. The garden let the property down as it was full of weeds & the BBQ was filthy. As the weather was hot we would have liked to sit outside but two of the chairs were broken. As mentioned in a previous review the panel on the shower tray had fallen off. Whilst linens and towels were provided, shower mats, a hand towel in the downstairs loo and a tea towel in the kitchen would have been beneficial. Most of the soap dispensers were empty. This is such a lovely house & just needs a little love & TLC to make it perfect.

- Leanne (10/5): Exceptional - Easy "check in" experience. Sarah was lovely when we spoke on the phone. Only stayed 1 night so didn't book hot tub, but the area was tidy and a cute setting. Slept well on comfy beds. Perfect stay for access to the co-op arena, walking distance was easy even with elderly people. Lovely and clean and the neighbours around are friendly.
- Charlotte (1/5): Terrible - Kitchen The water in the hot tub was rotten and made us all sick, the back doors didn’t open so we had to walk around the side on the street to go into the garden, you could see where the showers have leaked so not one of us wanted to shower due to the damage, sheets was dirty and things was hanging off the wall
- Malani (8/5): "Great Location & Comfortable Stay, But a Few Minor Improvements Needed! - Overall, it was a really nice place in a great location, and we enjoyed our time there. The property was well-presented, and the convenience of the location was a big plus. Shower Pressure & Temperature – One of the showers had quite low pressure, and the water never really got beyond lukewarm, which made it less comfortable to use. Second Shower – The other shower had really good pressure, but it wasn’t the cleanest and could use a deep clean to improve the experience. Shower Panel – There was a missing panel at the bottom of the shower, which just needs to be put back in place. While it’s a small issue, it does affect the overall appearance of the bathroom. Apart from these minor points, we had a good stay, and with a couple of small improvements, the property would be even better. Thank you for hosting us, and I hope this feedback is helpful!

- Abby (6/5): Let down by the reviews - feels like new management. - Nice property in theory Dirty when we arrived - check in was @ 3pm told we couldn’t enter until 6pm due to previous party leaving it in a mess. Cleaner did not arrive until close to 8pm and so lost out on full first day almost. When we booked there was nothing regarding the hot tub being an extra charge however 3 weeks before our stay they added a charge to use and service - we were not told so one of the reasons we booked could not be used.
- Amanda (7/5): Spacious, quiet house. - The house was roomy and quiet. There were three bathrooms so there was no waiting around for someone else to finish. There were no toilet rolls or washing up liquid in the house. There are two frying pans that were not induction hob compatible so were useless as they didn't conduct any heat. There were only four sets of towels for five guests - we were able to share out the towels that were provided. Just little things but they let the property down.
