- Georgina (8/5): Very good - Great location for subway and dive centre. 30 mins walk to beach. Lots of supermarkets close by. Very clean apartment with large outdoor area. It was a little hard to find the keys when we first arrived as the instructions weren’t very clear and we couldn’t get in touch with the host but we managed to find them in the end and have fed this back to the host so they should be clearer in future.

- Christoffer (6/5): Pleasant - Big roof terrace with great views. Close to metro. Didn't get any proper check in information. Before we arrived we got an email saying that we could check in, but at that time we didn't get any other check in instructions. Once we got there, there was no one to meet us, so we didn't know where to go. We tried to call the host multiple times but didn't get any answer. We decided to contact the neighbours and they let us in the building. Once we got to the apartment the key was in the door lock and when we opened the door we found out that there haven't been any cleaning since the last guests left. There was trash every where, dirty bedding, etc. Tried to call the host again, still no answer. Decided to contact booking.com. Some hours later we got in touch with the host and he sent cleaning. He was very sorry and polite, but still this is not acceptable. He did bring us a cake for the trouble which was very kind, but it didn't make up for our bad check in experience. (Apperently there is a key lock outside the apartment building where the keys is supposed to be. But we didn't get that information in time, and the guests before us left the key in the apartment door, so even if we had gotten the correct check in information in time there was no way for us to get inside since no one had checked the apartment after the other guests left.)
