Thuppari (1/5): Bad - Asked for a room on the ground floor. They have arranged it immediately. When the alloted room was not good. Asked for a room change and the receptionist gave us a different room which was good. Staff were rude and unresponsive at times. Our room was filled with mosquitoes and when asked for mosquito mat or coil they brought it after a long time. And the mosquito mat which the receptionist gave us wasn't even working.

The staff is very rude and they cheat. 1. They do not provide water. 2. There is no restaurant facility 3. Washroom Stink 4. We unprofessional behaviour 5. They charged us along with breakfast, but finally they never served breakfast. When asked they simply Denied returning the money charged against the breakfast
