Erik (1/5): Deceptional listing. Prison experience. Location deep inside the favela. - The space itself despite the cheap self done renovation was not bad Location deep inside favela!!! Wrongly described. Bad showercap. Spying neighbors. Dangerous neighborhood. Power outages. Construction noises all day long. Unstable building. Uber and ifood do not work in the area. Smell of drugs all over the place. Dirty streets full of poo. Challenging deliveries of ML. Owners never admitted their mistake. Despite no mention of a significantly different location. You have to do a 200meter podium show at front of their whole 'community' as they call it before you go in and out.
