Bring your own teabags, salt & oil for cooking if staying long. Fan stand was broken but it was working. Shower pressure was low & had leakage.

The location is pretty nice , 3 km from center but by car or walking it is not a problem to get the city. Many shops closer to hotel. Parking straight to the hotel, the car is visible every time. Anfield 100 meters , if you are a big fan of Liverpool you will enjoy this place. It was quite warm at the hotel which is also nice. The woman Lindsay who assist us to settle in and helped us so much.If it weren't for her, I would have given this hotel a zero. Taking into account the prices for hotels in Liverpool and the parking availability it was the best choice maybe :( Let's start :) From the beginning nobody informed me where to get the keys , I thought at least that somebody will be on reception and provide the keys. When I open the door I was surprised that nobody on reception, there were only dusty chair and table with some hoover :) , there were phone number which were totally unavailable !!! I was with family and child, so for our fortune Lindsay arrived after 1 hour and I asked her by chance how to get a room. She asked me what my room number was, I said that I only have a confirmation number and PIN, for some reason I didn’t receive this information from the owner either. She gave us a room, we settled in, but then it turned out that the outlets and TV weren't working and we were already settled in.I asked her what to do without sockets, she moved us to another room, where the sockets and TV were already working.Our adventures ended there, but it was absolutely frustrating that the owner didn't provide any information on how to get in! It's very easy to show up and end up on the street. What's worse is that when you book, it clearly states "private kitchen." When you arrive, it's a shared kitchen :) I have the screenshots where definitely mentioned private bathroom and private kitchen, which seems like a scam on the owner's part. Also there is no coffee machine and kettle . I'm not picky, but I'm sorry. The stairs in the hallway are so dirty and dusty that it's absolutely irritating. They probably haven't been vacuumed or washed in three years. Is the owner really that stingy that he can't even wet-clean the place?The owner really needs to reconsider his strategy; if he's going to be so stingy, his hotel will soon close. But the peak of my emotions was when I opened the fridge and found a half-eaten shashlik inside. That's awesome. Of course, I didn't put my own food in there. I won't say anything else.

• Rodríguez (10/5): PERFECT STAYYYY😴 - I was honestly so happy staying here — I absolutely loved it! The apartment was literally amazing, just sooo good, and I enjoyed every moment. It was super comfortable, clean, and just had a really nice vibe overall. And the location? Perfect — everything you need is nearby, which made the whole stay even better. I really loved that the room was so quiet and dark to sleep you can even lost the time there so good. I would 100% stay here again!

• Liza (5/5): Alapvetően tiszta volt és minden volt az apartmanban de nem voltam megelégedve se a kommunikációval, se a válaszadási gy - A lokáció nagyon jó viszont eszméletlen hangos a mellette lévő bár miatt. Sajnos problémám volt a wifi-vel valamint a bejutás és fizetési információkat is aznap kaptam meg. A wifi nem működött és hiába kértem segítséget érdemben nem segítettek sőt a végén már ignoráltak. A deposittal kapcsolatban is ami mellesleg 150£ volt nekem kellett megkérdeznem mikor utalják vissza. Ezt Euróban kaptam vissza, ráadásul az átváltás miatt kevesebbet is. Nem volt jó az élmény, és a közös belsőkertben lévő pub és kaaraoke bár miatt eszméletlen hangos is a lakás, aludni nem jó.

• Sabrina (8/5): Fantastic central stay with great space for a family, perfect if you enjoy a lively atmosphere. - We had a really great stay overall. The location is honestly hard to beat, right in the Cavern Quarter, with Liverpool ONE literally on your doorstep. It made everything incredibly easy, whether we were heading out for shopping, food, or exploring other parts of Liverpool. You’re right in the middle of everything. The flat itself worked really well for us as a family of four. There was enough space to feel comfortable, and it didn’t feel cramped at all. A big bonus for us was that dogs are accepted, which made the trip much easier to plan. In terms of things to be aware of, the area is very lively, which is part of its charm, but it does mean it can be noisy, especially in the evenings. That said, we personally didn’t mind, and the bedroom doors are solid enough that once closed, the noise (even karaoke!) was quite well muted. The only real downside for us was the shower, it could definitely benefit from stronger water pressure and more consistent hot water.

Apartment was just big enough for 4 people. Facilities were good. The WiFi only worked on last day, so without WiFi the tv didn't work, couldn't find channels with no Internet. I had ti correspond through WhatsApp including proof of ID and proof of payment of damage deposit, which I. Still waiting to be returned.

Dodatkowo w apartamencie hałas chodzącego wentylatora na zewnątrz budynku. Pościel wygnieciona, z plamami, miałam.odczucie, że nie była świeża. Niesympatyczny kontakt.

• Leanne (6/5): - The location of these apartments is amazing. The available parking is apparently first come first served. We parked in the NCP Rumford, it's a 6 minute walk away. You can reserve online. The apartment wasn't the one we had booked, we requested the accessible apartment but got number 6 on the top floor. Thankfully my child is able bodied and could get himself up and down whilst we carried luggage. The apartment seemed fine on first appearance but then noticed the hob was totally smashed so we couldn't eat in the apartment which wasn't great as we were hoping to make our half term stay cheaper than it turned out to be, although there were few facilities in the kitchen to cook with, no tea or coffee which I was disappointed about. It took The hosts over 12 hours to get back to us with an 'oh no, sorry about that, it won't be fixed until monday. We left Saturday. The sofa bed was extremely grubby and unkempt with no mattress protector and a single quilt for a small double. There weren't enough towels for 3 people either, none for my child. As stated, the apartments are opposite a pub, they are actually above a pub and surrounded by 3 others. Great for a night out. The cavern is around the corner and the docks a 10 minute stroll in one direction, Liverpool one 5 minutes in the other. For the price we paid we can't complain too much. For the price they are asking for later in the year, definitely not worth it. Two single beds pushed together which is great, gives more space in the bed, although one bed was great, the other had a big dip in the middle. It was the same with the sofa bed too. It was wavy where the bars were.

• Alexandra (10/5): Wonderful location & comfy beds - Ideal location in town! The apartment was gorgeous and felt very spacious. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the shower was good, too. The host was very helpful in messages prior to arriving and even sent a video to explain how to find the property which I was appreciative of. Would fully recommend The TV only seemed to have 3 channels working/WiFi didn't seem to connect, but I was out most of the day so this wasn't something I felt I needed to bring up to the owner. Room understandably doesn't have the radiators on when you first arrive, so I would recommend popping them on when you first get there as it can be chilly.

• Ruth summers (1/5): Terrible spoilt our first time in a wonderful city...apartment had lots of faults ...window open sa. - Location is the only goid thing I can say about the apartment The toilet had a problem on arrival. It's a sani flow system which was making a very loud noise for over an hour on arrival. A plumber was knocking at the door to ask us to flush it and run the tap...impossible as the sink in the bathroom didn't work it was a slight triple.. teeth had to be cleaned hands washed in the kitchen sink. The shower had no pressure also and was cold also unusable... the last day on having a cold shower the water wouldn't go down as well as the toilet... we were told we had blocked it with wipes which we hadn't we used the bin provided and showed them photo evidence. We haven't received our 150 pounds deposit back .. its just a money maker for the landlord as it fails on arrival...do not book...he will ask for a deposit once booked and booking is non refundable... so you have no choice but to pay the deposit which is through WhatsApp again wrong procedure as booking.com advice against this ...still awaiting video evidence of owner still no deposit back ...crook giving booking.com a bad name im afraid

• Kushtrim (10/5): Harrington Street Appartement is a great value for money. I can highly recommend future travellers and visitiors. - Very central but quiet at the same time, super clean. I arrived very late due to travel and the instructions were very clear how to get the keys from the key box and enter the apartment.
• Pam (9/5): - The Apartment itself is spacious, clean, comfy and in a great location. Any noise stopped around midnight. My only area for improvement, is as others have said. We didn't get key safe info and directions until we got there and requested them, then the key code we were given was wrong ~ on the up side this was resolved very quickly. These things happen, it's how it's dealt with that matters, and this was dealt with swiftly so we would stay here again.

At more than one point I was worried I was being scammed - I'd recommend a more professional system e.g. a bank hold for peace of mind, and more automation around lockbox information being shared. Location in a dark courtyard made me a little spooked at night as a solo female traveller, so bear in mind.

No es recomendable ir los fines de semana con niños debido al ruido de los pubs hasta las 00:00-01:00. Las ventanas están estropeadas y no se pueden abrir. El wifi no funciona nada, entonces las TV no se puede usar, ya que depende de la conexión a internet.

Not good on a Friday and Saturday night when the pub is busy and noisy - Location is brilliant The noise from the pub and courtyard on Saturday night was much worse than we had anticipated. The worst aspect was when the glass bottles were dropped into the bin located only metres away from the bedroom and which happened numerous times until early in the morning. Coffee machine is nothing but a small plunger. No detergent provided for washing machine. Tea and coffee provisions were very miserly and no milk provided. I would not describe this apartment as luxury.

• Max (1/5): - Central location, cheap, clean The note in the listing that the pub outside can get rowdy is an understatement, booming bass, screaming, chanting, and terrible singing until 2 in the morning There is a beer garden literally right outside the window and it is incredibly loud, you will not be able to sleep until they shut around 2am The flat is also very hot, and there is no air con or even a fan, the windows can't be opened either

La relación calida - La ubicación muy céntrica, está limpio, es cómodo para una escapada, baño amplio. Bien gestionado por el anfitrión. El agua de la ducha imposible regular la temperatura. Debido al ruido tienes que dormir con la puerta cerrada de la habitación, falta ventilación y te limita el uso del apartamento

• Marianna (5/5): - The location was great, pretty much in Liverpool One and walking distance from the docks as well, and it was very good value for what we paid for it. The apartment wasn't very clean, with water marks in the bathroom and the bedsheet and towels had a few stains on them. The bed was quite uncomfortable as it was two singles pushed together, and the bedding was quite scratchy. There was no space to store clothes at all. The last thing isn't really the property's fault, but we stayed on a weekend, and the pub garden was very loud until 2am, which could be heard a lot from the flat.
