• Juan (4/5): - La amplitud del salon La ducha estaba rota y el grifo del lavabo solo tenia agua caliente. Los estores del salón estaban roto y entraba demasiada luz por la mañanas
• Gintaras (6/5): Average - Great location, the flat is very spacious with a nice view from the balcony, and the large shower is also very pleasant. Overall, the flat didn’t feel very clean. There were visibly stained surfaces, hair in the chest of drawers, and a kitchen cloth that had clearly been used many times and washed. This is something guests generally don’t want to use after others — it costs very little to provide a new one, and if that’s not possible, it would be better not to leave it at all. The toilet flush was also very slow, meaning the second person had to wait some time before using it. In addition, there was no cold water in the bathroom sink, which made it uncomfortable to brush our teeth (we had to use the kitchen instead). Most unpleasantly, on the first night a massive cockroach came out of the shower drain, which was not a great experience at all and left us worried for the rest of our stay. Overall, our time at the flat was fine, but considering it’s not cheap, there is definitely room for improvement.

• Barbato (5/5): - Posizione buona, ingresso del palazzo molto bello, terrazza con vista Il doppio cancello per entrare nell' appartamento è molto scomodo soprattutto quando c'è un solo mazzo di chiavi, se si è in due la amici bisogna uscire sempre insieme, la tenda nel salone è rotta credo da molto tempo dato che le recensioni dell'anno scorso dicevano la stessa cosa, lo stesso vale per il rubinetto del lavandino che esce solo acqua bollente quindi impossibile lavarsi i denti in bagno e la cosa assurda è che il giorno del check out tolgono l'acqua quindi non c'è possibilità di tirare lo sciacquone, lavarsi i denti, farsi una doccia, cosa che ho letto in altre recensionii e non è mai stata risolta
• Keith (6/5): - The location was great and a nice spacious apartment and patio There were two of us with only one set of keys. Normally that wouldn't be a problem but there was a gate you had to lock on leaving and entering the apartment which meant that if one person left the other would be locked in with no way of getting out if there was an emergency i.e a fire. Not sure how it is allowed nowadays. The other problem was the main blind on the huge living room window wasn't there. Obviously broken and not fixed or replaced

• Enrique (1/5): Horrible - Las cucarachas del baño, el ruido de las obras a las 8 de la mañana del piso de al lado. La piscina sin agua no funciona y no se puede usar. La llegada te dan un teléfono que no responde nadie y una dirección con un horario de atención al público , pero que no respetan el horario y no hay nadie . La entrada la tienes que hacer a partir de las 15:00 pero no hay nadie y está cerrado. El día de la salida tienes que abandonar el apartamento a las 11;00 pero desde las 8;00 de la mañana no hay agua y no te puedes ni duchar , ni lavar. No hay jabón de manos solo un bote de fairy en la cocina y 2 sobres de champú de 9 ml para 15 días. Aviso a atención al cliente y dicen que será una avería. Te marchar sin ducharte. La peor experiencia de una estancia en un apartamento.
• M (4/5): Good staff were helpful so thank you - The location and view was really nice and the balcony was good We had to go meet someone for the key they did not meet us at the apartment which was not good as it was at night, charged 30 euro because it was after 8 o clock but he was late giving us the keys , then we left our keys in the apartment and they charged us £60.50 euro for somebody to drive only a few minutes and open the door, but the staff were really nice so thank you it was very good location and other than that it was a really good stay in a good location .
