• Sergei (9/5): Good accommodation at an affordable price, I recommend it. - The owner was very kind. He met us at the entrance and showed us around and explained everything. The main attractions are a 15-20-minute walk away. The apartment has everything you need. Incidentally, it's decorated with paintings and other artistic objects. In some areas of the apartment, the cleaning wasn't perfect. We weren't so lucky with our stay dates: we stayed on Saturday and Sunday. On Friday night and Saturday night, local youth were partying in the cafes right outside our windows, making it difficult to sleep; it got quiet after 1 a.m. Sunday night was generally quiet.

• Petrov (7/5): Good - Its a nice place with a good vibe. Towels and sheets looked very old and overly used. There were no douchegel or shampoo. Only a conditioner and intimo gel that were obviously left behind by other guests. At this price I would expect it to be different. The noise at night is crazy...its on a chinese street full of fast food and bars that work until 2am and after its closed they start cleaning all night with machines. If you are a light sleeper, then avoid at any cost.

We had a good communication with the landlord. We enjoyed our stay and probably we will choose again this app. Nothing negative to say.
