• Danièle (9/5): Special place on the seafront - Spacious, clean and very nicely decorated flat with an unbeatable view of the sea and the sunset on it, really magic! Good location a bit out of the center. From the comfortable terrace you can go into a garden with trees, where you can pick fruits (limes, mandarines, apples, grapes), fantastic!! And Eva and her sister are just so kind, helpful and very sympathetic, who welcome you warmly! I recommend this place to anyone that is opened to an alternative place than a big hotel, this appartment has a soul!! nothing

• Karl (10/5): Magnifik gästfrihet, trevliga och snälla! - Familjen som hade boendet var fantastiska. Dottern kom med råd till restauranger och barer. Mamman var nästan alltid i närheten och kunde svara på frågor. Uteplatsen och trädgården med utsikt över havet var underbart! Skulle verkligen bo här igen om jag är i Durrës. Bonus att mormor kom över med lite mat till oss

• Artan (10/5): Gorgeous space, amazingly decorated and furnished, amazing sunset, terrace and garden to remember - Gorgeous! Please read further: I have stayed many times in Durres and the surrounding, but it was the first time that me and my partner experienced something completely different and amazing. Instead of staying in some sterile room, either hotel or apartment, what you get at Eva's place is extraordinary. The stay is well exceeding all the expectations that you might have when booking a place in Durres. The main space inside is at least twice larger than any other in town. The setting, the quality of everything inside and the amazing work with furnishing and decoration, lightning and millions of small lamps and pillows, everything combines to make you feel you want to live there longer, it soothes your soul. AND wait...until you go out on the terrace, which is huge, almost like an apartment on its own, and its a full match with all said of the inside, many comfortable sofas, tables and chairs arranged to watch the gorgeous sunset or enjoy the full view of the blue sea. And that not still al of it, you also have a full green yard with chairs and lemon trees to relax. Basically you rent a gorgeous holiday home designed and arranged to give you a stay to remember and even recommend to all your friends. Chery at the top, rarely you will experience somebody to be as pleasant of a host as Eva, so thank you Eva for everything, thank you that you have made available such a place, we will come back very soon!

• Laura (10/5): Exceptional - This place has a special energy, close to the best beach in the area , is comfortable and quiet. Eva, the host, is one of the most wonderful and kind women l have ever met. We will come back for sure!
• Levente (7/5): It can be good but I was not lucky - Good communication with the host. She was very helpful and kind. The terrace, the garden and the view are amazing. Beach is close, good restaurant with breakfast under the building. Access is only possible by car due to constructions but parking is difficult. In the bath, the water does not flow properly, puddles remain after showering, Slippers are mandatory! :) Night birthday party lasted until 4 am and was too loud,to sleep but this is albanian specialty.

We had one night stay For the price, you can stay in the centre. Cons: 1) BnB around a construction site, so the parking area is in a dark secluded place 2) Very very damp bedroom, even the beds were wet 3) The host has kept candles all around to wear off the dampness, which doesn't work 4) We couldn't sleep at all because the bed was super uncomfortable 5) Persistent sound of water flushing and flowing from outside 6) Noise of moving furniture from upstairs late night 7) Very poor Wi Fi I would not recommend to stay!
