• ROUSE (10/5): Apartment with all the comforts in the heart of Seville.The Host is a spectacular Guide. - The host ( Alfonso) made us feel at home from the moment we made the reservation. He sent us a personalized tour of Seville via WhatsApp. He also gave us complimentary coffee capsules, croissant, and a bottle of Spanish wine. The sofa was very comfortable and included an electric blanket in case you get cold, something I've never seen in any other tourist accommodation. The shower had plenty of hot water with good pressure, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Very comfortable bed and the apartment is right in the heart of Seville, just a 7-8 minute walk from all the main sights such as the Cathedral, Giralda and the Royal Alcázar.

Il est idéalement situé en plein centre historique de Séville, à côté de tout : les monuments, les restaurants, les petites ruelles charmantes… tout se fait à pied, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Et surtout, l’hôte a été exceptionnel : très serviable, gentil et toujours aux petits soins. Une disponibilité et une attention qui font vraiment la différence. • Jonas (8/5): - Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns einige Empfehlungen für Sevilla geschickt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Besitzer hinterlässt für seine Gäste auch einen Wein sowie Croissants als Willkommensgeschenk in der Wohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ok. In der Nähe gibt es einen großen Supermarkt und einige Restaurants. Außerdem befindet sich mit der Calle Sierpes eine wichtige Straße mit vielen Läden sowie mit Las Setas eine wichtige Sehenswürdigkeit in der Nähe. Das Bett ist sehr klein. Bei mir (circa 1,80 m) schauten die Füße aus dem Bett raus. Einige Kleinigkeiten sollten renoviert werden. So konnte die Duschtür teilweise nicht geschlossen werden, von einer Fensterlade fehlte das Schloss und auch der Mülleimer im Badezimmer ist etwas kaputt. Am Wochenende war es nachts etwas lauter durch Fußgänger, die vom Feiern nach Hause gingen.

As we arrived in Christmas welcome sweets and vine was in apartment. Nice surprise. We were aware on street noise, ear plugs were packed in our travel bags. In reality apartment is in historical building and noise isolation is really poor. What was not expected hot water is limited and not enough for 3 people take shower in row.

Las instalaciones eran buenas, la cama cómoda y en la cocina encontramos todo lo necesario. Alfonso, el anfitrión, estuvo en todo momento atento a nuestras necesidades, dándonos consejos y recomendaciones de donde comer en lugares típicos de la ciudad, que visitar... Además, nos dejó cápsulas de café, algo de bollería y una botella de vino como obsequio. Al ser un bajo, todo ruido externo se escuchaba. Podría estar mejor insonorizado.

Check in und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns mit vielen Informationen für den Sevilla Aufenthalt versorgt. Appartsmento davvero carino, pulito e accogliente. abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di vino e i calici sul tavolo e poi caffè e merendine per la colazione... Che altro dire??!! Top!!!

Instructions were clear and straightforward. The apartment was in the central part of Seville and at grade level. Although it was on a side street, street noise was very noticeable within the apartment.

• Zaida (10/5): Perfect Cleanliness and Location.The Host ALFONSO makes wonderful Seville routes for you. - The cleanliness has been incredible, it is the apartment where I have found the most cleanliness and I have been staying in tourist apartments for 10 years.  Alfonso the Host gave us a Seville route guide and we were delighted. He also invited us to Coffee Capsules and Croissants that we took advantage of to make quick breakfasts. The apartment has a terrace where you can sunbathe and have an aperitif or a wine. You can walk everywhere because it is in the Historic Center of Seville. Without a doubt I will stay again in this wonderful accommodation. Alfonso is very cordial and always very attentive to our queries.

He walks everywhere. The Apartment is super quiet to sleep as there is no noise from cars and you sleep very well in a super well decorated double-floor duplex bedroom. Alfonso the Host, is unbeatable since he gave us light breakfasts of Coffee, Tea and Croissants for the entire Estancia without having hired him. He also gave us gastronomic and tourist routes that allowed us to get to know Seville very well in a short time. It has a super complete and equipped kitchen. I will definitely return to this accommodation as it is PERFECT TO BE IN THE CENTER OF SEVILLE AND ALSO RESTS VERY WELL.

The amenities were great and it felt very welcoming and homely. If we come back to Seville we will definitely stay there. We had a 9 month old so had to watch her with steps but that was it!

Within 5 minutes you will find 3 supermarkets and several restaurants. The location definitely gets the rating 9 from us. The room is big enough for two people. The host was friendly. When you had questions, you got an answer almost immediately. He also gave several tips to visit Seville. Tip: bring tea towels to dry the dishes. The accommodation does need maintenance and therefore deserves a maximum of a 6. Below are the points that can be improved: - It smells very musty when you come in > moisture - 2 shutters cannot be closed - The plinth in the bedroom is loose - Uneven countertop - The tap in the kitchen and in the bathroom are both loose - powe outlet behind the stove is covered with tape - Pests present in the kitchen - Dispenser of washing machine cannot be used - The air conditioning is dirty inside > disease-causing - The sofa in the living area has sagged - Several holes in the walls have not been filled - Ceiling plate in the bathroom has been repaired with tape - The sealant at the bathroom door is in need of replacement. It is a fairly busy street. The accommodation is very noisy. You can hear people talking outside as if they were standing next to you, this regularly disturbs your sleep.

The space was cute and stylish overall. The manager was friendly and helpful, he sent us more recommendations than we could possibly use. The location was pretty noisy and the space was very cold. No matter how long the heat was running it would only warm up the bed loft. The stairs to the loft were a little challenging, especially when needing to use the restroom during the night. The TV and couch situation wasn't very comfortable.

The Host is incredible since he made us different routes, both gastronomic and beautiful Monumental walks through Seville that do not appear in the Tourist Guides, in addition to organizing us and taking care of putting us a Taxi at the Door to go to the Airport. Just 7 minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Giralda. Apartment in the whole beautiful area of ​​Historic Seville. The entire apartment is very clean, a very comfortable sofa, very well equipped and the location is very central. SUPER QUIET not a sound was heard in the room at night. Modern facilities with a beautiful design and a very good quality bed with an excellent mattress. Very complete and generous bathroom amenities. Alfonso, the host, gave us Sweet Pastries, Nesspresso Coffee, Mineral Water, different types of Tea, etc. without us having hired breakfast... this is very much appreciated since we already went out with breakfast in our bodies and also free. • Daniel (9/5): A lovely home from home in a beautiful city with a wonderful host - Alfonso was such a brilliant host and he gave us great recommendations for how to best enjoy the beautiful city of Seville. The apartment was in a great location with little cafes/bars/shops just around the corner. The shower had good temperature control and the air conditioning/heating unit meant we were comfortable at all times. Only as noisy as you would expect in a city centre location but everything else was brilliant.
