• Kim (3/5): Is it wrong for travelers to make reservations based on photos? - Enough bowls for a meal I booked a superior studio, but they gave me a standard studio. When I asked the staff about the room size, they responded, "We already explained the room description a little while ago. What else?" The staff member was already annoyed, and when I showed them photos and explained, they insisted that they were just examples. The room I stayed in for over a month was definitely not the 42m2 I had booked. The price for this room had changed significantly over the 35-day period, but she remained steadfast. The co-working area was always locked, and the gym was also frequently locked. The cleaning staff was loud in the hallways, waking me up, and barging into my room without warning while cleaning. I've stayed in similar accommodations in several cities in Germany, but this was the most frustrating expense I've ever experienced.

• Christina (8/5): Very positive we’d come again - Good location , not too far from the center and right next to a shopping mall with a supermarket. Good facilities there’s a dishwasher and also a laundry room ( 3 euros ). Very clean apartment. We had everything that we needed: pans/plates , coffee, Smart TV, dish soap , sponge, shampoo etc . The receptionist was also very kind when we checked in. An early check in was possible for free. We were 2 guests but there was only 1 chair.

• Matthias (1/5): Leider eine große Enttäuschung! Bitte auf die Bettgrößen achten! - Moderne Apartments in ruhiger Lage - mit viel zu wenigen Steckdosen! Ein Doppelzimmer mit einer Bettbreite von 1,40m ist viel zu schmal und schlichtweg eine Frechheit. Das man dies dann als standard in Deutschland bezeichnet, ist eine weitere Frechheit. Nirgensowo steht bei Booking, dass die Betten zu schmal sind. Nach einer Reklamation erhielten wir ein größeres Zimmer. Aber auch hier war das Bett nur 1,60 breit, obwohl es Platz hat für ein Bett von 2,00 x 2,00m. Was läuft da schief bei Euch! Der zunächst angebotene Parkplatz war nicht benutzbar, da daneben ein Fahrzeug so parkte und der Parkplatz insgesamt nur so breit ist, wie ein modernes und normales Fahrzeug. Die € 25,00 Haben sie aber dennoch berechnet! Wir waren maximal enttäuscht!!

• Flornida (10/5): Will definitely stay here when we visit Frankfurt again. - It was very homey. We had a modern working kitchen, ironing board, hairdryer, and washing machine with dryer. The area was in a quiet area of the neighborhood while being a short walk to the Skyline Plaza and the Messe. Even if we arrived on a Sunday, they provided detailed instructions on how to get our keys and access the building and our room. I wish they had segregated trashbins in the unit. Because they require us to empty our trashbins downstairs, it would be more convenient if the bins inside the unit are easier to use for sorting.

• Monika (5/5): Zum schlafen in Ordnung. - Für die Messe und Kongresse, gute Lage. In die Altstadt und an den Main ein Stück zu Fuß insgesamt zentral. Ich habe ein Studio mit Küchenzeile und Sitzecke sowie Esstisch gebucht. Bekommen habe ich ein Studio mit kleiner Küchenzeile. Gegessen habe ich auf dem Bett, was sehr unhandlich war und auch nicht sehr hygienisch. Als ich die Unterkunft darauf angesprochen hab, kam erst keine Reaktion, danach versuchen Sie sich heraus zu reden. In der Buchungsbestätigung steht jedoch klar, was gebucht ist. Hinsichtlich der schlechten Ausstattung und auch daraufhin schlechten Service kann ich die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.
• Tan (8/5): If you are attend exhibitions at Messe Frankfurt, this is the best location - The location is near to Messe Frankfurt, there is a shopping mall with supermarket. It is not far from the city centre. There isn’t front desk staff around on weekend nor bank holidays. The apartment will not be cleaned during the stay. I stayed at room 106, during the night I can hear the loud conversations downstairs.

Réception pas souvent présente, femme de ménage toute les deux semaines c’est beaucoup trop peu. Rideaux cassés et pas de climatisation. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien également.

• Birk Lennard (6/5): Super Lage. Nicht für den Sommer geeignet. Gute Küchengeräte - Die Lage ist wirklich top. Man kommt sehr schnell überall hin. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Reinigung für die Dusche und die Wohnung läuft super. Es gibt keinerlei Lüftung in den Räumen. Ich hatte dauerhaft 30 Grad im Zimmer selbst bei geöffnetem Fenster und Ventilator (den ich mir selber mitgebracht hatte). Die Unterkunft bietet gegen Aufpreis ein Ventilator an. Aber andere Unterkünfte haben für den Preis eingebaute Klimageräte. Auch ist direkt gegenüber ein anderes Gebäude, so dass bei offenem Fenster schlafen ohne Vorhänge (damit überhaupt Luft reinkommt) nicht möglich ist, da man sonst beobachtet wird.

• Björn (6/5): A constant dinner party with no food. - Decent size of the room. Drinks, sodas and water on arrival. The mattress was excellent. Checkin was a challenge, had a early checkin but no one was around on a Saturday. Had to give the property a call and after 30-40 minutes I received information on how to get the key and such. Went to the room and it was not ready and still being cleaned. I threw in my bags and went out. When I came back the room had been cleaned, but strong smell of food that I guess comes from the neighbours or the restaurant downstairs was stuck in the apartment. Hotel rooms are not suppose to smell like a dinner party without the food. I felt it was quite unpleasant, tried my best to keep the windows open to air everything out. The duvet was as thin as it could be, the pillow was also past its prime and there was nothing left in that sucker except just a pure will to live. Both really easy things to fix fast. The mattress was excellent. Blackout curtains had been pulled partly down from railing and left there like after a bar fight. Sound isolation was not good from the outside, just a noisy room and traffic sounds woke me up several times each night, but that was ok to feel that I was still alive. Shower door crooked, food spots stained the floor in several places. Yes this room was tired, I was tired as well, when you rent a hotel room or a apartment you don’t want to think, things are suppose to have a certain standard. I overpaid on this room, and will never stay there again. Please put a little TLC into these apartments, they need it badly.

• Dipti (7/5): Nice location near messe frankfurt - Small room but neat and sufficient. At the centre, very close to the mall but on a smaller lane that had smaller nicer houses and not the big concrete buildings. Pillow wasn't comfortable and asked for another one which they provided the next day. Really disappointed that both bed lights and the main light weren't working so I had to make do with the passage and bathroom light. And for this they get a lower rating because this is something that they could have checked and fixed in advance, as I really wanted my reading lights .

• Alice (7/5): Great location for Messe, but be warned if it's hot outside, rooms like a greenhouse! - Location is perfect for Messe Room was boiling, with no AC only a little fan that didn't touch the sides. Only 1 duvet style pillow provided, and if you arrived after manned hours no spare in the wardrobe either.
