Matthias (9/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft in einem Blumengarten, die Gerade durch Bautätigkeiten beeinträchtigt ist - Die Unterkunft ist sehr solide ausgestattet, sehr gute Betten, gute Küchenzeile, alles hochwertig. Der Garten und die Terrasse ist sehr gepflegt mit vielen Blumen und Sträuchern. Rundum ein erfreuliches Bild. Leider und das ist wirklich sehr schade wird rechts und in Blickrichtung Meer gebaut- man sieht Rohbauten stehen, moderater Baulärm ist teilweise zu hören, das trübt das sonst so schöne Gesamtbild. Auch die Straße zum Strand ist nicht schön, ca 10 min, sie wird befahren, da die Parkplätze direkt vorne am Strand sind.

The host was very quick to respond to any requests and we felt very well looked after. The local beach is stunning and has everything you could need. Jens (9/5): - Die Lage und Ausstattung des Appartements sowie die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber waren das I-Tüpfelchen unseres Aufenthaltes in Falassarna.
Schulte (8/5): - Das Studio war gut ausgestattet mit bequemen Bett und heissem Wasser in der Dusche. Es wurde täglich gründlich und schnell gereinigt. Die Terasse ist mit zwei Liegen ausgestattet und gross. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Das Wetter in der ersten Oktoberwoche war regnerisch sehr windig und nachts zweimal Gewitter. Aber zu Ausflügen nach Chania oder Kissamos ist es allemal gut..Es muss ja auch mal regnen. Das Angebot an Tavernen in der näheren Umgebung ist auch sehr gut - und bei Wind hat es auch tolle Wellen.

Saubere Unterkunft, sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Leider wird in Blickrichtung Meer aktuell gebaut.

Laura (9/5): - The location, cleaness, and comfort and landscaping make this place a jewel in Falassarna. The terrace with views to the sea was fabulous. Plus...cats 😻 Noise isolation between villas is not so great.I could hear everything from the next door and downstairs neighbours. If you need silence to sleep, bring earplugs.

Franck (9/5): - The location is perfect near the beach with an amazing view. There is a big garden and it is far enough from the road to not hear anything. The garden is really well maintained and it created a peaceful atmosphere, ideal to take a book and read with the view on the sea. The bed was not super comfortable.

Mariola (10/5): Exceptional - The apartments are located in a very quiet area, really just a short walking distance from the beach (about 10 minutes). Of course, you can also drive closer and park at a free parking lot. Just a few minutes from the apartment, there is a minimarket with all the essentials. The entrance to our corner apartment was lined with lush and varied greenery. A bottle of Raki was waiting for us on the table as a welcome gift. The private terrace is truly spacious, with sun loungers, very comfortable chairs, a sun umbrella, and a practical clothes drying rack. We enjoyed unforgettable sunsets from the terrace while having dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped, I especially appreciated the french press, although I would suggest adding some smaller bowls. The mattresses are on the softer side but still very comfortable. I was really happy with the daily cleaning service — it's such a nice feeling to return to a clean space after a full day out. Thank you for the lovely stay. If I had to point out something, it would be the weak Wi-Fi connection, but I had my own mobile data.

Great location close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Crete, beautiful sea view directly from apartments, close to market and restaurants, great place if you want to visit also Balos and Elafonisi. Hosts are very helpful.
