Would love to stay again - I stayed here for one night due to an earlier flight I had to catch and thankgod that i got to spend one fantastic day at this capsule hotel. Loved the onsen, lounge area, massage chairs, skincare, food & beverages. The staff was helpful enough to figure everything out while maintaining the rules of the place. Capsules were comfortable enough to sleep and frankly if you stay here you dont need to be in capsule until you are gonna sleep immediately. Highly recommended if you are looking to stay near Shinjuku. I would request the staff to pls contact me if possible as I would like to book another stay soon.

• Sean (8/5): 1st time at a “capsule” hotel, different from anything I have experienced before - Extremely convenient location, free booze in the evening, the automatic coffee machine made the best Café au lait I have ever had from automatic dispenser. Rice and curry is a breakfast staple in Japan, theirs is quite good, very filling you don’t really need lunch. I paid extra for the taller capsule, but while the smaller ones are decked out with lots of features such as a shelf and cubbies to store and organize your things, these are just an empty box, no tv, just a near worthless usb powered fan, not sure the logic here, not a huge thing,as I don’t hang out in the capsule but only sleep, a simple shelf would have been appreciated however

• Mark (7/5): - Amazing value for money, with loads of extras thrown in, including light snacks and breakfast, and drinks too. Surprised at the comfort of the bed and enjoyed the unique experience of staying in a capsule hotel for the night. The best bit is definitely the location - literally across the road from Shinjuku station. Unfortunately, due to the lack of effort from. One of the reception staff, I was left feeling quite lost. He didn't bother to explain half the rules, are how things work in the hotel - including where to get changed, what I should and shouldn't do, and such poor English - even though he was supposedly an English speaker. I just don't think he could have been bothered to help explain anything really, which ruined my experience for a few hours. After returning for the evening, I managed to get someone else to help, which resolved everything. Shame that the guy on reception could have made a difference in this place getting a higher review, because honestly, it's a great place. Just remember that bags are stored on a different floor, so be mindful when staying...

I booked 3 nights, but could only stay 1 night because I had to move to another hotel. People were walking around all night, and you could hear cabin doors opening constantly from inside your capsule. 2. There were many Indian staff members, and communication was sometimes difficult. The check-in explanation relied mostly on videos, so it was not very easy to understand how everything worked.

It was also very close to a Don Quixote and other various Konbinis. The amenities were perfect, and the food and drinks that were provided were very good. The mattress was a bit thin, but I suppose that’s par for the course for Capsule Hotels.

• Kevin (9/5): - Centrally located in Shinjuku. It’s a great place to stay if you want to be near the action and have amenities like food and drinks, including alcohol after 5 PM. I’ve stayed here before in the past. I feel like the old lounge setup that they had couple years ago was more unique than the current setup. The flavored rice they used to serve before for dinner was also better than the ramen they give now. Anshin Oyado also really needs to do something about the light control box in the beds. For one, it’s hard to see which button to press to turn on the light at night, and then there’s a constant LED light beaming from the time display, making it hard to sleep.

• Fabrizio (7/5): In buona posizione ma scomodo per come è concepito - L'hotel mette a disposizione molti servizi per gli ospiti. Slippers gratuite e sempre sanificate, asciugamani puliti, vasca termale, sauna, sala comune e colazione e cena gratuite. Posizione ottima, I locker per il bagaglio sono al piano terra, le docce al secondo e l'area comune al terzo. Gli alloggi dal quarto in su. Ogni mattina si perde almeno un'ora per recuperare gli abiti, fare una doccia e colazione, non è pratico. La colazione non prevede altro che riso col curry, niente frutta o altro.

• Daniel (8/5): Perfecto - Localizacion perfecta, onsen y bebidas gratis, comidas, silla de masajes. A veces es demasiado caro siendo una capsula.

• HO CHIT (8/5): Great place for men! - It's definitely a great stay which offer food and drink almost around the clock. I just finished FUJI100 trail race and arrived later and starving. They served rice and noodle at night made me so comfortable. Also hot spa helped me a lot to relax! I don't like to stay in Shijinku myself. It's a bit far from Narita airport. This time when I left I hit the peak hour of many people taking metros Anf finally I missed my flighy.
