• Domenico (10/5): A perfect stay – we would definitely love to come back! ✨ - Absolutely everything! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We really felt welcome and cared for – a true home away from home. Nothing at all – everything exceeded our expectations.
• Georgia (6/5): Avoid booking until they fix the bathrooms - The apartment is as in the pictures in an area close to the cathedral but looks a bit dangerous at night. It was clean. On our arrival we were informed that one of the three bathrooms is not working very well and has a bad smell. The agency lady recommended that we don’t throw toilet paper in to avoid problems. But when we used it following her advise the bathroom was flooded. So our very first experience in this apartment was a flooded bathroom and us trying to clean the mess. When I informed the lady from the agency it turned out that she was fully aware of this issue and told us that the owner does not take any action to fix it. At the end, nobody ever fixed that and we could only use 2 of the 3 bathrooms, even though we were 8 persons, really needed the third one and chose this apartment because of the 3 bathrooms . Additionally one of the 2 bathrooms in operation had also a very bad smell. This situation was quite disappointing, as there was no action to fix it. Be cautious before booking this apartment. The very bad smell in one of the bathrooms and the fact that another bathroom flooded on our arrival. The agency lady knew the problem but no action was taken to fix it during our stay. So we had one normal bathroom, one with bad smell and one out of order ( as it flooded when we first used it and no one fixed it).

• Liliana (10/5): The apartment was actually better than the photos. I would stay again - Very comfortable modern apartment decorated with great attention to detail. Very spacious for 3 couples each bedroom with ensuite The area just outside the apartment was very dirty

• Marlene (7/5): Nice stay good location - The location is great. Easy to get to central parts. Its modern and all bedrooms had an on suite and your own tv. Note that one on suite only has a self washing toilet -no toilet paper allowed. We were a group of 6 and were given one key which was very inconvenient for the first few days. Ana the property manager was very nice and did work hard to get us one but it made the first few days trying for the group. The location is great but lacking things like a kettle, iron, garbage bags , paper towel and didn’t have any soap to wash dishes. The main back bedroom had an issue with the storm shutters ….it was loose and stripped so it kept falling down so you needed to ensure you had someone hold the strap before you went out so you didn’t get hurt. The guys in our group fixed it temporarily so we didn’t get hurt. It needs to be fixed properly. Again lots of pluses but it would have been great if we had a few extra touches that don’t cost much and makes Difference. Plumbing also vibrates and is extremely loud when you use the bathrooms.
