- Robert & Rosalind (7/5): Ideal location for visiting Brick Lane and surrounding area -
- Wesołowski (7/5): - - dobra lokalizacja
- w okolicy knajpy i metro
- niezły stosunek jakości do ceny
- Helmi (9/5): Lovely! - Check-in was very easy and the capsule was roomy, overall space was nice and small, everything was clean! got a little bit too warm occasionally

- jrk66 (9/5): - Great concept, great location, great price. If the capsules were soundproof this place would be perfect.
- Michael (8/5): -
- David (8/5): - Capsule pulite, ceck in da remoto molto semplice

- Miller (4/5): Pod was cool to see, but facilities were the worst I've ever had at a capsule hotel. - Even though there is no on site staff it was easy to get in touch with someone for help. The pod is very cool as well and the location was very good. It was nice and clean too. The room had shampoo, slippers, and toothbrush & toothpaste, which is handy The facilities weren't as good as I expected from the description.
The pod only had one charging point which was a pain. It was very hot so I wanted to sleep with the ventilation on, but doing so meant having bright blue lights shining all night so it was hard to sleep without a mask.
There is only two toilets for the 12 guests to share, and one of the toilets is in the shower room so if someone was showering we were down to one toilet. This meant we had to queue to use the loo sometimes, which is a bit rubbish.
There is a little kitchen area with tables to sit at, but it's in the same room as the pods. So I couldn't call my boyfriend or do anything noisy in the evening for fear of waking people. None of the guests talked to each other to respect people who were still asleep, it was very weird! I'm glad the other guests were so respectful and quiet but still a pain being unable to use our voices.
I came back after an evening out at nearly midnight, and my keycard wouldn't open the door. Thankfully they text you a door code as well but the door must have been malfunctioning or jammed because I couldn't open it pulling hard as I could. It was quite scary to be stuck on the street at night, and there wasn't anyone I could contact inside to let me in as there's no staff there. However I did eventually get the door unstuck, and someone from the emergency number did text me back to check I was ok.
Also, the pods claim to lock which would be super reassuring but the locks didn't actually stop you from being able to open the door. You could easily push the door past the lock. So if you were wanting to stay because of the extra safety feature, don't bother! There's a safe in the pod too but I didn't get a code to be able to unlock it. It would barely fit a phone inside anyway so only good for money and passports if you did manage to get into it.

- Oliver Istvan (8/5): - Check in is very smooth. The locker has space only for cabine luggage size, travelers with larger bags should take that into consideration. The capsule is comfortable, you can expect something like a sleeping wagon on a train. Both District and Elizabeth lines are closeby, connection to the city is fast. For the price, I can recommend, The capsule has only one USB A and one USB C socket, with limited output! When I plugged in my Macbook Air chared 30%, there was an estimated 8 hours to get it fully charged. If you are traveling with a lot of electronic gear, this is a huge downside. On a trip, I usually charge my laptop, my tablet, my phone, my earphones, and my camera every night. This is not possible here. I only stayed for 2 nights, so I could squeeze out enough juice from my batteries and just about managed the situation, but it was a source of stress that I definitely did not need. I would recommend installing one plug in the locker so that you can charge all of your electronics. In the current state, I wouldn't recommend the hotel for longer stays, even though the capsules are super comfy and reasonably priced.

- jacqueline (10/5): I like the location and stay. - Good location, Not far from Brick Lane.. Had difficulty get in the building with the pass code.. Etc I had a disposable bath towel.. My partner smart TV in pod one didn't work..
Also there is hole in pod one.. When lift up the mattress.
We had a brilliant stay.. Thank you.. Like the location and stay.
- Aleksandra (10/5): - Clean, good location
- Jessica (8/5): Good for a quick solo trip - Bigger capsule than I thought, comfortable Noisy people in the room
- Thomas (6/5): -
- Chuck Allie (9/5): Surprisingly comfortable. - No fuss. Good value.
Niente
- Diakité (8/5): -
- Daisy (7/5): Would visit again - Nice capsule, clean space, freebies Not enough air in the capsule I end up sleeping with the door open.
- Ndung'u (10/5): -
- Janet (8/5): -
- Pawel (6/5): - Fajna lokalizacja Wiatrak powinien bardziej działać
- Sarah (8/5): -
- Alejandro (10/5): -
- Tea (7/5): Comfy - The location is really convenient and it turns onto a quiet road. The capsules are warm and cosy, even though there wasn't a lot of soundproofing it wasn't as much of an issue since everyone was quiet. There should be some way to prevent the ground getting so wet after someone gets out of the shower. There was just a giant puddle outside the bathroom if someone didn't try to clean up after themselves.
- Nazaria (9/5): - Everything None
- Jeremy (8/5): Apollo meets Artemis, 100m from Brick Lane rather than the moon. - It was great fun staying in a space capsule, especially watching the Artemis launch on the same night. Fabulous value, felt safe and clean. Thank you. Getting into the property, through the system of codes, cards, keys and WhatsApp messages, was nothing short of a reverse escape room experience (helpful on text once I got stuck by the way). But be ready for that, as it's staffless, quite threatening, and I'm reasonably technical, so it's not for the feint hearted. Persevere, (it is possible, but you need to read the codes carefully, finding the keypad is hard even, and the property looks shut and boarded up). But inside, it's great fun, clean, safe and reassuring. Obviously the actual capsules are tiny, but that's half the point of the fun of course. The building space and showers are shared, so that's also not for everyone, but I would (will) certainly do it again.
- Horswell (8/5): Unique budget accommodation near brick lane - Clean, well positioned for exploring London, unique accommodation! Definitely worth it for a one off experience Paper like sheets and towels unless you requested a £5 upgrade, air conditioning not great- all party members were too hot
- MICHAEL (10/5): - Would be a nice touch to have milk
- Alex (7/5): Comfortable no frills pod, shame about the disposable bedding & towels - Comfortable, clean and a good location just off Brick Lane. The pods are spacious and comfortable and I enjoyed the shower.
A pleasant night's sleep, in a great spot for the City of London/Whitechapel. The main issue is the disposable nature of everything. Disposable bedding, towels, toothbrush etc. It's a real shame as proper towels and bedding would make this my 'no frills' regular place to stay for a night when in London for work.
- Stephanie (9/5): - It's clean, easy to check in, centric
- Kiri (6/5): -
- Emily (10/5): Try it, you'll be pleasantly surprised and save on usual hotel costs in the capital. - I was so pleasantly surprised by this experience, it was a new and unusual way to stop over in London, however it's exceptional value for money. Toiletries included, access to clean and modern facilities.
- Daniel (8/5): Unusual and interesting experience - Exactly as expected, interesting place to stay. Door access was complicated.
- Colin (8/5): -
- Stephanie (7/5): Clean and great location but won’t stay again nor recommend due to not being able to use the barhroom in the morning. - Good location, good instructions from staff before arrival, good value for money. Not enough bathrooms.
- dave (10/5): Really pleased with the experience - Clean and well setup
- Nazaria (9/5): -
- Lucy (7/5): Great location, feels clean and safe, good value for money. - Really good communication from the team. The place was clean and the capsule was novel and good value for money. It felt very secure and safe. Simple and very convenient self check in process. The bed for me was a bit too hard and it was quite warm in the capsule despite the air conditioning being on full whack. Only one shower and two toilets so you do have to factor this in when wanting to get up and ready for the day.
- Nadiia (10/5): -
- Josie (10/5): - Exactly location for Underground, the guests have always been respectful. Could do with more than 1 pillow.
LED lights on the panel, if you're using the fan during your sleep, are very bright. So I always end up having to cover them.
- Zuotuan (8/5): Comfortable. - Sanitation,facilities and equipment. No
- Terri (2/5): - As a lone traveller I didnt feel safe.the capsule was stuffy and hot the noises from people in the same room scared me
- Benjamin Bahadoor (7/5): It is what is, don't overthink it. - Great location, cheap and cheerful, not crowded (only 12 bed dorm in total), good facilities. Top bunk get really warm, even with fan on max, could barely sleep. Bottom bunk is much more pleasant.
- Nicholas (8/5): -
- Sander (8/5): -
- Hyka (8/5): -
- Mehmet (10/5): -
- Sam (4/5): Completely fine, but really not great. - Basically as advertised. My pod did not lock. This made me feel pretty uneasy overnight.
Capsule confortable
Calme
- Ms J K (7/5): Good value bed in a likeable location, but currently with slightly unpleasant bedding - Decent value, podlike bed. Reasonable shower and kitchen facilities. Always like that massage chair and the close proximity to Brick Lane. There's been some changes since I last stayed, the most noticeable being the disposable bedding. It's presented as being for the benefit of guests, but I can only assume it was a cost issue as I can't see many people liking it. It wasn't as bad as I feared, but it wasn't nice either. There's also a shower screen added - I also didn't like this as I found the previous set up better, and it dried quickly with the nice warm floor, though I imagine some would prefer it. Didn't really see the point of the thing on the kitchen taps where you can change the Ph of the water but it wasn't doing any harm. I would still stay again, I just would have the thought of the bedding in my head as my stay approached...
- colin (8/5): -
- Natasha (7/5): Cool place - Very comfortable stay, the check in and check out very simple and had everything you needed for a cozy stay. The light system is cool and can change your settings of the fan and reading lights etc. To charge up things you need either usb or c-to-c charging cables and not a plug. Space to do work or eat and doesn't feel like there's other people around you when you're in the pod (except some of the usual people noise expected in a hostel). One of my top places to stay in London. This is my second time staying here and this time the capsule didn't quite meet the same standard as before but still a fun place to stay. The locker I had was held together with duck tape (I didn't bother with this since I didn't need to use it this time). Also, the capsule didn't lock like its supposed to - The mechanism was jammed. Since I stayed there before I didn't mind as I felt safe and secure enough and wedged paper to at least keep the door shut. Reported it to the staff to hope they fix it for the next guest. They did offer additional luggage space if I needed but I didn't have much stuff so declined. Still would stay again though as it's a cool spot. Just hope they fix the issues beforehand.
- Tilus (5/5): Great concept, good theming, some improvements or a reduction in price would be welcome. - The hotel was clean, aesthetically quite nice and the theming though limited was a nice touch. The design of the capsules was pleasing and really gave a nice "spaceship" feel to the place. I think there should be more capsule hotels as it provides an opportunity for better value than traditional hotel rooms without the loss of privacy and personal space involved in a hostel. There was also a well stocked convenience store nearby as well as many options for takeout and restaurant food. The massage chair was impressive. I'm likely to stay at this or another capsule hotel again. The location was not conducive to access by public transport, especially whilst carrying heavy bags. The route from the nearest underground stations is very difficult to locate without google maps and phone reception was frequently poor during the walk. Both me and the friend I who I was meeting at the hotel found it difficult to locate. The common areas had air conditioning, but the thermostat was set at 25 degrees in the middle of july, meaning it was only running when the temperature outside exceeded this and the controls had been taped over to prevent guests changing the set temperature. It was tolerable outside of the capsules, but uncomfortably warm inside of them. The ventilation system for the capsules was also flawed, with the fans at the top drawing in warm air from near the ceiling instead of exhausting the hot air from the top of the capsule so cool air could enter from below - it appeared the fans may have been installed backwards. The mattress was of good quality but just a little too firm and I found myself waking up feeling sore all over. Perhaps this is something that takes getting used to but I felt that a slightly softer mattress would have made all the difference. I was also unable to connect to the wifi on my primary device with the network not showing up, and another guest reported the same issue, staff were not able to resolve this. A dedicated area for unpacking and packing belongings would be welcome as would more than a single shower for 12 guests. I would have liked a somewhat better experience for the price.

- Ayose (7/5): - La cápsulas son cómodas y proporcionan intimidad. Te dejan café y té para servirte gratis. Pocos baños para tanta gente si estan ocupados no puedes hacer nada.
- Suzanne (10/5): - Best sleep iv had and the little complimentary touches made it even better Nothing at all. Cant wait to go back
- Benjamin (9/5): -
- Stefan (9/5): Great and better alternative to traditional hostels. The coworking aspects attracts young startup entrepreneurs. Recomme - It’s a fascinating concept with more privacy and security than other 12 bed dormitories. The capsule is more spacious than expected. 👍 Not that I was affected but in busy periods 1 toilet/shower for 12 beds may require some negotiating. But isn’t that a reason to select hostel-like accommodation? 🙂
- Jenny (9/5): Comfy beds and great location for those who enjoy the rough side of London. - The location is the best thing about this place. I was also happy to see that the bathrooms were clean. Arriving late at night would be scary because it's a quiet, run-down and slightly dodgy street that you can imagine being mugged in. When I arrived, it looked like the door handle was broken (somebody had damaged it), but fortunately I was able to get in after following the instructions that the staff sent by text. Overall, the appliances and furniture are flimsy, so it feels very cheap and like things will break soon.
- Siobhan (9/5): Great location and staff were easy to contact. - Great Location and easy to find. Hard to enter the property as the keypad didn’t light up. Couldn’t hear if the code was excepted as it was on a street with cars going by.
- Essi (8/5): - Your own private space. The lights can be controlled (on/off/colours) and there is kind of like an AC. Own little TV (I didn't try). Comes with little earphones, toothbrushes and toothpaste, also towel is provided. I slept fairly well.
I'm quite tall and was comfortable inside (cannot stand there) but could see taller people struggling to fit in. Location is a bit far away overall but 10/15 min walk to a few tube stations.
Shower facilities not the greatest but usable.
Very weird water system in the sink.
- Federica (8/5): - Great value for money.
I was there with other 3 or 4 people so it was quiet. Toilet was clean and there was barely any noise.
Great alternative to a more traditional room if you are not bothered by the small space (which was quite spacious still) Not for people over 6''
- Charles (9/5): Super confortable, novel and clean. Definitely worth the money! - Very clean, clear instructions on checking in (including videos!) There appeared to be 10 pods, where one sheet was available between all 10, hence got busy in the morning. Recommend folks plan around a busy shower between 8 & 9am
- Barry (8/5): -
- Tim (1/5): Unacceptable - I didn't figure out how to access the property. The property didn't communicate up front that they will send additional instructions, but only after your have paid (if you had free cancellation, they don't send the instructions until you can no longer cancel).
These instructions include additional requirements not stated in the booking conditions.
- Viktoriia (10/5): -

- LeMuck (7/5): Convenient and Easy but not overly comfortable - It's a very novel form of accommodation for most people and so there's quite a fun factor staying in one of these capsuble pods. The check-in process is straight forward, easy and quick so this is ideal if you're short on time and you don't know when you might arrive. The place was very clean and organised and felt secure. The pod can get quite stuffy, the ventilation and fan system is not really up to much, there's not a lot of difference between the middle fan setting and maximum say, the pods are not air conditioned. Everything is made of plastic and there's no cushioning on the doors so you will feel and hear other doors open and shut. The USB power point in Pod 4 that I stayed needs replacing also.
- Dylan (9/5): -
- Taylor (8/5): -
- Kirk (5/5): Broken capsule, small locker - Decent location My capsule door was broken, and it took a while for the remote person to help me get a new one. Also the lockers do not fit full size checked bag suitcases.
