- Khadine (7/5): Overall, the location was lovely and the stay was relaxed thanks to the animals, but the property is very old and needs - Great location and mostly quiet, though trucks on the nearby dirt road can be loud at night and light up the house. The pool is clean, but we did need to quickly clear the filter, easy job with the instructions provided. Great BBQ and outside sitting. Beautiful scenery. Amazing wood fire inside. Good size kitchen and plenty of beds with fresh linen. Fans in all rooms. 2 separate toilets and showers. Water tastes amazing from the fresh water tank. The tennis court looks freshly painted, but the rackets are very worn and there’s only one ball, so bring your own if you’re particular. The donkeys, geese, and cows add a fun, relaxed feel to the stay The property is quite old and in need of repairs and a refresh, with holes in the carpet, very rotted window frames, and a noticeable need for pest control. Being in the country, insects are expected, but there were also mouse droppings and spiderwebs throughout the house, inside and out. There was no hairdryer, which was a bit inconvenient.
