• Νικι (9/5): πάρα πολύ όμορφη διαμονή, σε ένα αξιοπρεπέστατο κατάλυμμα - Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική στο κέντρο της πόλης, κοντά σε όλα. Την δεδομένη χρονική περίοδο επισκεψής μας η τιμή πραγματικά άξιζε, δοθέντος ότι το κατάλυμμα έχει τέσσερις κρεβατοκάμαρες και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει αρκετά άτομα Η παραλαβή κα ιπαράδοση των κλειδιών απετέλεσε ένα θέμα, διότι λόγω της πολυπλοκότητας με ηλεκτρονικές εφαρμογές και συναφείς μεθόδους σε μη εξοικειωμένα άτομα, την στιγμή που έρχονται από ταξίδι , φορτωμένα με αποσκευές κτλ δεν είναι και ό,τι πιο εύκολο. Το πιο απλό και σύντομο θα ήταν αποστολή αριθμού εξωτερικής κλειδωνιάς και του κωδικού, όπως κλασσικά γίνεται και όλα θα ήταν πιο εύκολα. Επίσης είναι ένα μειονέκτημα το γεγονός ότι το κατάλυμμα διαθέτει μόνον ένα μπάνιο, ενώ έχει τέσσερις κρεβατοκάμαρες. Τέλος, νομίζω ότι εκτός από την τηλεόραση στον κεντρικό χώρο θα έπρεπε να έχει και από μία μικρή τηλέόραση ανά κρεβατοκάμαρα.
• Guest (10/5): Great location and facility with awesome views of the city. - The location was perfect. A lot of cafe's and food and drink options, shopping, and historic sites within walking distance. Great balcony for people watching. Checkin was a little complicated at first.

• B (9/5): - Great to have four separate bedrooms and a joint living room. Well equipped kitchen and flat in general. Towels etc available, washing machine and hairdryer available. Great central location. If you are sensitive to noise the rooms facing the street are a bit noisy (despite the street being a pedestrian zone).

• Yordanka (10/5): - The apartment is at one of the main pedestrian area in Thessaloniki. It is easy to find. The host was very helpful. Everything you need for a short stay, you can find there.

• Evi (10/5): - Υπέροχη τοποθεσία Η μπουγάδα στο μπαλκόνι με σεντόνια και πετσέτες που ητανε εκει για 6 μέρες..οσο κατσαμε εκει.κουβέρτες δεν υπήρχαν πουθενά στα δωμάτια.ενα πολυ λεπτό πάπλωμα,απο χαρτι Υγείας 1 ρολό υπήρχε παρόλο που φτασαμε 21:30 και ειμασταν 5 ατομα.Το κλιματιστικο οσο δουλευε εβγαζε πολυ λιγο ζεστό και την τελευταία μερα δεν μπορουσε κανένας μας να το κλείσει..δεν επιανε το κοντρόλ και δεν βρίσκαμε την πρίζα.Κατω απο το ενα κρεβατι υπήρχε ενα γυναικείο καλσον δεν ξερω απο πότε..το μισό φαινότανε.Εχω δώσει 10 βαθμολογια για την τελεια θέα και το πόσο κεντρικό ειναι.

Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily book again. The bathroom door lock didn't work.

• Hüseyin (5/5): Kısa süreliğine bir gece geçirdik. Kötü değildi ama ahım şahım da değildi. Sokaktan çok gürültü geliyordu. Balkonlar izo - Merkezi olması, temizliğin iyi olması Kapılar çok ses çıkarıyor. Yataklar konforlu değil. Bir banyosu var ama arkadan kitlenemiyor.

• Noa (9/5): דירה מרכזית, מרווחת ונעימה. - מיקום מרכזי ונעים בכל שעות היממה. דירה גדולה, חדרים מרווחים. מטבח גדול נוחות הגעה פשוטה, קיבלנו הוראות הגעה מקדימות כולל תפעול באפליקציה, קל ונוח עם כל המידע הדרוש מראש כולל המלצות לעיר. מטבח לא מספיק מאובזר, חסר תנור, וציוד בישול. מקלחת מחוברת לשירותים בדירה עם 4 חדרי שינה זה אתגר, היה מתאים להפריד בניהם, בנוסף המקלחת לא מתוחזקת ברמה מספיק טובה, צריך להחזיק את ברז המים כדי להתקלח.
• Adrianna (10/5): - Świetnie zlokalizowany obiekt w centrum wszystkich atrakcji. Pokoje starsze ale bardzo czyste i przestronne. Duże wygodne łóżka. Z balkonu widok na morze i na górne miasto. Łazienka wymaga remontu ale jest duża i czysta. Jest pralka i suszarka do włosów i ręczniki oraz mydło w płynie. W kuchni jest ekspres na kapsułki co nas bardzo ucieszyło. Ogólnie położenie rekompensuje drobne niedociągnięcia. Świetny kontakt z obsługą obiektu. Pani zawsze odpisuje i udziela porad. Polecam!!! Kolejny raz również skorzystalibyśmy. 😊 Można by zestawić gościom butelkę wody. Poza tym wszystko doskonałe🥰

Am ales proprietatea pentru a dormi o singură seară la întoarcer - -poziția extraordinară, in imediata apropiere a multor magazine, farmacii, parcări și restaurante, dar și foarte aproape de faleză; -spațiul extrem de generos; -posibilitatea de a intra în clădire și în apartament printr-un sistem pe care îl accesam de pe telefon, fără a sta cu grija cheilor; -izolația fonică (deși locația se află într-o zonă intens circulată, nu se aude absolut nimic din exterior). -timpul își pusese amprenta pe lenjerii. Deși erau curate, se vedea că sunt folosite de mult timp (îngălbenite pe alocuri); -in scara blocului se simțea un miros de lemn vechi, miros de casă ușor învechită se simțea și în interiorul apartamentului.

• Serkan (8/5): Great place city visit. - The location is exactly in the middle of city center. Very easy to access to the shops, bars and restaurants. The size of the apartment is extremely enough for large families. Only the pillows and sheets were not clean enough. Informed the landlord. Only 2 rooms have Air condition. The other two rooms have Fan. It is hard to make the room colder during summer time.

• Esra (7/5): Specious seaview apt on a non-vehicle street - The location is convenient with a nice sea view from the balcony, several shops, cafes around. The place is specious with 4 bedrooms as seen on pics. The building has elevator. The window and shades were good and thick enough to block the street noise. The apt is on a non-vehicle street and although I mentioned that we were traveling by car, the owner didn’t inform me so I had to park my car at a parking place and walk almost 10 minutes with several luggages, a small child and 2 elderly people. You need to have an internet connection in the building entrance and in front of the apt at 3rd floor (where the connection is so poor) to unlock the doors and no keys given for rest of trip so that other people who don’t or can’t use the locker app will be dependent on you… Two rooms had a/c and one of them didn’t work, we informed the owner but didn’t ask for any technician when offered but they sent him anyway without any notice before our check-out so a stranger was in the house with our unlocked stuff all around. The beds, towels, bathroom and kitchen counter was clean but the floor was dusty.

• Tomas (8/5): Family of 7, great time together. - Easy access to everything - coffee shop, restaurant, shops, pharmacy, no rental car needed. Also the bus from the airport stops in walking distance from the property. Even though the apartment is on the main street, you will not hear anything once the windows are closed. Even our little one did not wake up through the night. The rooms are specious and have all what you need. We did not even use one of them - and we are family of 7. Host was easy to talk with and offered a quick answers to all questions we raised. The shower could be fixed and be better. It was clean and working perfectly, just ....

Very nice location in the heart of the city.A few exceptions that I cannot accept are the fact that basic services are not provided for the tenant, such as the shower in the bathroom. I attach a video of the shower in the shower cabin and a photo of the shower to the bidet. The mattresses on the beds were very soft and uncomfortable, but other tenants might have find them comfortable, but not our family. A large bath towel is provided for each person, but two people had to share small face towel (maybe women would use it to wrap their wet hair after a shower, but then their partner would be left without that small towel). I would advise the owners to provide more small towels. Nice apartment, spacious and clean. • Georgia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is absolutely amazing!! In the middle of the center really easy to find it! All the shops, restaurants and supermarkets are close by. We had great time, and i would absolutely recommend it! We asked the onwer if we could have a late checkout and she answered to me immediately and let us stay for 2 more hours. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you again 🥰🥰 The only thing that disappointed me was that out of the 4 bedrooms only 2 of them had air condition. The other 2 had a fan and a balcony! But it was okay!!
